Very nice! :rock

Wouldn't it be great if the Dark Knight would "return"?

ta-da.

...now, to more scary ***** i had in mind.:cuckoo:

Wait... you broke it on purpose?! :horror

crazy right...that's because nobody's keen on letting go their broken PERS head. been looking for this for a couple of months and nobody took a bite, not one.:gah:

...i can achieve extremes now with this piece, from extreme comedy(wacky eyes, etc) to extreme horror(eyeless, light eyes, etc).:cuckoo:

Nice! I actually have thought seriously about breaking my DX02's PERS because the eyes are, without a doubt, crossed, and I would like to be able to move them independantly.

They are hard to get at though, and the construction is different than the DX01.

Mind telling us what exactly you did to break it? I want to know what to avoid doing...

to be honest, i was still following HT inlay card instructions.:lol
...with a bit of speed and lousy diagonal short cuts broke the deal though, i only managed to do 2 cross overs with the one i have. :monkey3

I'm pretty reluctant to touch this mechanism anymore for fear of busting it ....which kind of sucks cause I love the concept of PERS.

I did however get the courage to re-pose the other day...

Oh, so you want to make DX Joker oily, too? Sick bastard.

Heh, they can slip and slide together.

I wouldnt do that... oil DOES not play well with plastic. Chemical reactions galore.

Strange, I had done this with the v1 TDK hand pegs because they were so stiff. A bit of oil and it was able to slip in and out with no force. Even to this day with no side effects.
