Judging by all those comparison pics, if there's one negative thing I could say, it would be that the head sculpt seems a little full/wide when compared to Ledger's narrower face. This will still be my first Joker figure. Everything looks great.

Ledger had a narrow face in real life but in the film it is actually wide due to pros-ethics to make it look like he had scars.

I do not think it is the wideness of the face that is the problem with the sculpt, I think it is shape of the jaw. The Joker's face in the film has cheeks that bulge with a round chin.

The Joker 2.0 normal face is smooth and shaped like a heart with a pointed chin.

This explains why IMO it only looks like Ledger's Joker on certain angles.

I know a lot of people that do not like this sculpt perhaps my reason explains why. Nevertheless, I still think its great, not perfect but good enough not to pass up!

Just check out Neos photoshop image below in his quote.

I really like this sculpt but if hot toys read us maybe they could try to fix some little things!

Like the pers system. The eyes seems grey, really dark..
It has already destroy the dx indy..

Great photoshop Neo, the jaw looks pretty much perfect now! However, you are right about the eyes they do seem too dark.

What page are all the hi-resolution shots on? trawling through 282 pages is too much. Thank you.

From a TDKR tie-in book, regarding Joker's possible origins:

The report suggests that since many of Joker's henchmen were former patients of Arkham Asylum that maybe he was one, too, but they'd yet to find any record of him there.

The Joker does not appear to have any connections to Gotham's crime syndicates, though he knocked over a mob bank. One possible motive for this, which could also explain the clown motif, is the Haley Brothers Circus. The circus was recently in town for a two-month engagement and it was rumored their boss had connections to Sal Maroni. The Joker could be a former Haley Brothers employee with some kind of grudge against the mob.

Given the Joker's access to, and relative comfort with, military-grade technology such as grapple cannons, weaponized gases, explosives, and automatic weapons, it is possible that the man is a former soldier, perhaps suffering from severe PTSD. The Joker has murdered or attempted to murder various civic officials. It is possible that he is an extremist anti-government agitator or a soldier angry with the government for sending him to war.
