So is this OSB webshop reliable?

What I could figure out from their site is, you pay 50+shipping to pre-order then once the figure arrives you pay the price of the figure. But this doesn't make sense to me, you pay 50+full price of the figure then? Lets say Bane for 139, you pre-order and pay 50+shipping costs, then when Bane comes out you pay the full 139? Or is the 50 included with the full price when it arrives? Other wise you'd end up paying 190+ for which is pushing it imo.

Cool looking Joker, but I probably won't be getting him. I have the original, bank robber, and DX-01 already. Even though this one has a better costume and everything, I could save the money and put it toward something new.

Yeah I know what you mean. I get so tired of seeing the photoshop pictures every other page on each thread. I get so tired of people having a heart attack over the color of the laces on a character's shoes. I also get tired of people acting like unless it is 100% the actor in 1/6 scale then it is not worthy. What I wish we saw more were actual valid complaints, like why is it the quality increases very little consistently but the prices escalate drastically consistently? Why is it something the same quality as a figure from 2009 might be twice the price? Why is it that they produce three times more of the same figure, but still charge 50% more than they would have on a limited run? Why do we still have to worry about rubber and quality control issues at this point? And why is Hot Toys so secretive sometimes I feel like they don't even know they have a fanbase?

Stuff like that are the worthy questions in my opinion.

People claim this is jailhouse expression. I disagree. The second BR head is perfect jailhouse expression.

As a matter of fact, had that head gotten some good hairsculpt or custom hair job it could be the best sculpt.

If I may, you don't seem to understand the concept of moderation. I'm not trying to offend you, but every page is you pointing out what you believe are flaws. That's not the way to go about things. Maybe it would be best if you left that sort of thing to other people. Freaks is an awesome place to discuss our hobby, so just leave the nitpicking alone for a while. Others will pick up your slack, don't worry. Just kick back, and enjoy the figures, and the boards.

I got on somebody else for that not too long ago. Its like some people just want to keep repeating themselves until someone gives them the attention. If you dont like it, DONT BUY IT.
A good example would be me _____ing about Bane. I said my opinion, I pointed out what I thought would be fixed. As soon as I over-did it a bit...I stopped complaining.

I get so tired of people making a big deal about the nitpickers. I get so tired of people personally attacking the nitpickers. I get so tired of people being mad, insulting and just overly defensive over an action figure and a toy company like they have some kind of stake in it.

Maybe you just need to stop letting this stuff get to you? Why get so irritated at the people who are only trying to get the best accuracy for this or any figure? You'll like it either way whether it comes with the flaws or if they get fixed. You shouldn't let someone else ruin your enjoyment of the figure. The complaints aren't directed at you. You didn't make it. People aren't doing anything wrong.

Yes, things get too excessive and should be toned down, but that's really for everything. Not just the nitpicking. There's just too much bullpoop in general that keeps being regurgitated which clogs these threads.

People have asked those questions. But those are general questions not specific to one figure. That is something that needs it's own thread if you want to have a major, continuous discussion about it. It's just going to get lost here.

Something like Hot Toys giving the Joker the same inaccurate socks for a third time is a valid complaint specific to this figure. A figure which this thread happens to be specifically about.

Complaints... Seems collectors of toys like to do that. Quality, price.. Etc.
Personally, I like this Joker. I am looking forward to getting it. One of my HT shops has had the first edition in a window display for some time, and was not prepared to sell, so this release will finally put a Joker in my collection. If I don't like the socks, I'll make sure the trousers legs are pulled close to the shoes.. Problem solved.

The stuff you said. The complaining about the complaining has become as much a tiresome aspect of this site as the nitpicking itself. Guaranteed every 3 or 4 pages the same posts from different people seeming like they think they're saying something new. And its all for nothing because nothing will change.

I guess that's one of the benefits to being new to this line of collecting in general for myself. I'm used to things which aren't perfect and so many details are lost in my other collecting hobbies, that these things are just impressive from the get go for me. At least that's how it is so far, might change but I'm just enjoying it all right now and loving these figures!

Void and Neo show comparison pictures that show the jaw is wrong, but I still like the figure regardless of his flaws. I only discuss it because people keep on bringing it up and ask someone to provide new pictures to prove that the Jaw is wrong. Like an idiot, I volunteer and provide evidence then some other idiot tries to prove I am wrong by showing Ledger eating and his neck pushed back to make the jaw chubbier WTF? I already explained IMO it is the shape that is different not the width! I think the jaw actually needs to be chubbier where the scars are.

Sorry I hate this site, everything I do is wrong. So I would rather not post anymore and let Void point out the faults. I will only read from now on.

How Devil gives his opinions, etc, is the same as you, there's zero difference there. I think people find him regularly annoying but he's not as constant as you, he doesn't stop all other conversation and so a person can largely ignore him if they want. If you would just take a break every now and then, respond to some but not to all, and maybe choose your battles, you'd fit in, I'd say, be down to an agreeable level of annoyance...

Some people, by the way, will always try to peg you as a 'troll' purely because you disagree with them. Rather than come up with a legitimate argument they'll try to dismiss you as a 'troll' (or a 'HT fanboy' or a 'EB fanboy'). Just because you're hearing someone call you a 'troll' doesn't mean you're actually doing anything that's even remotely trolling.

I'm just no one, also, to be clear. I'm not a moderator or any sort of judge of what's right. You shouldn't leave or quit posting or whatever because of what I said. I actually agree with a lot of your points. My only issue was just that you repeat things a great amount with little rest, I think that's really the only problem to my mind.

I know your not a mod but you told me you stopped reading the threads because of me, I don't like conflict or pissing people off so I would rather not post here anymore, instead of picking which ones to respond to, even though you agree with my points. Besides, like I said, people ask for the pictures first, my only problem is I volunteer and get caught up in this mess.

People keep responding with pictures and saying that there is nothing wrong with the jaw, I try to prove them wrong but I never said the jaw was heart shaped again. Nevertheless, although I provide pictures via request from members here, I do not try to convince anyone that the jaw is wrong, I just show pictures to show what Void, Neo and I see. In other words why we see that it is wrong. It is then up to the individual to choose whether they believe that or not.

On one hand I like the dx11 on the other hand why shouldn't we get an accurate headsculpt?th clothes have been upgraded for every release,look at the v1 clothes compared to this.but with the head they still make the same mistakes.kato proved you can make an awsome 1 6 scale outfit and they hired him to do this one.adam and bobby c have both made accurat3e hl heads but they did nothing,they let yulli sculpt the head again .

But everyone wants to believe Hot Toys is perfect and that there is nothing wrong with the jaw. Why do you Hot Toys fan boys think that some people think the EB one is better? It is because the jaw is the correct shape on the enterbay Joker IMO.

I honestly can not believe you can not see a difference between the shapes of those jaws, The Ledger pic has a square shape jaw with chubbier cheeks, whereas the 2.0 Joker is different in shape (I cant say the word it is taboo now) but can't you see that the edges on the 2.0 are smoother and the chin is pointier and the cheeks do not bulge out like they do on the Ledger pic?

It won't, because it's not an accurate example. The make-up + lighting in that pic is making his jaw look less wide than it actually was.

Here's what I mean:

Good post and btw my problem with the jaw has nothing to do with the width - the width is perfect IMO.

It's the shape. And I'm not bothered to post a circles and arrows pic right now
