Man, for some reason I can't wait for this. I'm pretty excited. It's not like this is my first Joker either. I didn't really care a few months ago, but now that it's coming in less than a month, I'm pretty pumped. I like how this one stands out from the previous TDK Jokers with these brighter clothes, especially the purple. It makes the figures stand out as something colorful and special, like the Nicholson '89 DX 08 Joker.


I think I'm going to display it with the shot gun, since my other ones have the machine gun, knives, cards, etc. After I get it I'm probably finally going to crack open the grenade rig and pin it to my DX 01 to display it that way.

Its still in Japan. I checked ,the Japan post doesn't work on Saturdays. So I'm thinking Wednesday next week. The same day as DX12.

That's awesome, broski!! Two for 1 on the same day. Can't believe it took 4 months for u and the others waiting impatiently to get the DX12 from SSC. I guess he's high in demand now that it's sold out from online retailers everywhere. I lucked out getting mine in November through my LCS cuz they buy in bulk. They still got them in stock for $259.99 plus tax in Texas which is 8.25%. If I had the money, I could buy it for u guys and have it shipped out quicker than SSC. But y'all gotta send me money through paypal if anyone still needs it. Btw, my LCS sent me a pm through Facebook tellling me Bane is shipping out to their store and that they will put one aside for me. I was like shiiiieeeet!!! I just spent money on Joker and won't have enough to get Bane next week. No matter. At least they can hold it for me up to 30 days which gives me enough time to save up. And Fiend, when your DX12 comes in, get robbie's custom faceplate. It changes the whole look on the face that u know it's Bale underneath there.

so has anyone figured out how to make the fuzzy jacket look better? I know it's prob not as bad in person but in some of these up close shots it makes you wonder WTH was Hot Toys thinking. Kato can't be happy.

I still not concern why hot toys has not used the material for the coat of the old joker dx, the jack's coat or aldo's coat, after seen in person I can see is horrible..is a fur coat.....better tailoring maybe but horrible to see...

Totally agree. Jack Joker material was perfect and the pattern was in scale to boot.

You're right! I couldn't remember. Someone died from a poisoned drink, who was it?Gordon was there as well. The judge died too. All those deaths were inspired from a comic. From a Jeph Loeb comic at that, I believe.

Keep Kato's tailoring pattern. Cut it with the same material from the DX 08 Jack Joker coat.

It is because they followed Kato's advice, since thanks to the his cult on here he is being labeled as the best 1/6th tailor there is.

Keep Kato's tailoring pattern. Cut it with the same material from the DX 08 Jack Joker coat.

I'm not sure if this has been posted already, but I came across this 1/6 scale "Interrogation Room" diorama for TDK. BBTS has it up for order. It looks pretty cool, but kind of pricy at $249...

Its not as bad as in person but it is still too thick. It doesn't look fuzzy unless there is direct light on it, but it is still fuzzy nonetheless.

So it's same to assume you don't like Kato?

No I think he is pretty good since I own his stuff and his vest is just perfect, but let's face it the coat is too thick and fuzzy and personally I think he is overrated . I am trying to say what many people think is inaccurate and the coat is inaccurate as it is too thick and wrong material. So I really think Kato messed up the coat! Of course everything else is perfect IMO.

No I do not think I could do better Kato is good at what he does and I do respect him.

I am honestly not complaining just being objective and maybe a little pissed off that I spent 1 k on Katos Joker outfit. I was really just answering shadow flas question though.

Oh yes I am. Just into toys not long ago. Well, I see this Kato dude's Wayne suit and I must say, boy was I impressed. $500 is way much though, of course that's just my opinion. But each to their own, eh?

Think you could have spent $1000 on something more worth it? :/
