A Amazing figure and performance and know if i sold i would miss the crazy ******* ,so he's not 4 sale. This release make's a little more special since seems like no more DX line. Regardless of how much you pay, he's worth any amount just to have him.

I sold a joker on eBay recently and have a buyer wanting an $80 refund because the purple art box had a tear in it that resulted from shipping. He sent pictures and it looks like a tear in the bottom of the cardboard purple box. Am I crazy to think that this guy is crazy for throwing his arms up and using exclamation points for a tear in an art box? He's acting like the whole product is useless because of the box. Is this guy crazy? or should I be flipping tables that USPS scuffed my art box when they shipped it? With over 50 statues/figures, I've never gotten upset over a box issue. The statue/figure is the only concern. What do you think? I really couldn't believe he sent detailed pictures of cardboard.

LOL in my opinion that is ridiculous. $80 for a tear in the box. this is why i hate ebay. i think maybe $20 would be more reasonable if he loves the box so much.

I agree it's ridiculous but this is what shipping insurance is for.

If you have the shipping receipt contact UPS or FedEx or whoever. Tell them the item was damaged and as a collectable the packaging is part of the value. See what they say.

Tell the buyer you are communicating with the shipper and that he might be contacted re:an insurance claim.

If you search through this thread, you will find that many of the DX11 boxes were torn on the flap where the crease is to open the box. I know I received mine like that as did many others.

EDIT: Found my post where I discussed the torn box - thought I posted a pic, but I didn't

Been playing with my DX11 for the past half hour and I love it. Kinda kicking myself for not keeping my second order. :slap

Love this figure top to bottom and front to back.

Only complaint is my box has a tear on the flap and a couple corners creased; nothing I can't live without though.

i don't even understand how any reasonable person would lack the shame to ask for $80 in such a situation.

That's because the buyer is likely not a reasonable person but a complete knob-end. On the other hand, a rip in the art box from shipping? Was the box shipped just in the shipper, or double-boxed? Whenever I sell figures on eBay I wrap the box in layers of bubble-wrap and drown it in a sea of foam peanuts. I just assume that the box will be handled by an Ace Ventura type and opened by an entitled OC nerd.
