I like the head sculpt.....don't think I would replace my Dx which I love.....Only some small nitpicking I think the remove able face are a bit weird looking....like Capt I hate the teeth face just doesn't work....the stand is crap very cheap looking plastic effect.

What I love is Adam's is near perfect TDK Wayne.

this gives me also a bit of the begins feeling where he was thicker then in tdk. i've just seen the trailers of tdkr and he looked not that thick like in the sculpt or begins. but still a wonderful sculpt. finally i would say, a damn good looking bale by hot toys.

The masked head sculpt is a very expressive piece, matching Bale's ferocity and is without the doubt, the best TDK 1/6 Bat cowl we got so far. However it's still a bit off, in some unspecified but clearly noticable way, as many have pointed out before.

Question to those who have some experience, following the road that HT figures take from announcemnt to release: What are the chances of HT improving the sculpt further, before the shipping date? Don't get me wrong, like I said, I like the way it looks now and it's a day one pre-order for me, but there is clearly room for improvement here. And since they boasted so loudly about "the most accurate 1/6 batman ever"...

Yeah the face is 'fuller' like Bale in Begins. But it has the age to it for TDKR.

In TDK and TDKR though Bale has had a more gawky face which Adam's sculpt captures better I think.

Either way, delighted to be getting this.

the cowl sculpts are terrible, he looks like hes really angry... the bale head is amazing tho, I wish he had alittle more emotion..

Based on pics I couldn't say which is better right now, will have to compare in hand.

There's things I can see on this though which are defnitely not as good as Adam's
- Ears are a bit too small
- Missing the scar under the eye
- Hairline not as precisely accurate as Adam's

This one looks healthier and lesser pronounced cheekbones, just like when he was in begins IMO. Adam's is TDK ver, and I'm guessing we will get a white haired ver from HT soon DX 3.0 :Rock

I don't understand all the complaints. This is a great looking figure. I've never liked this suit, the Begins suit is better (and also the better Batman movie) but this figure makes me want it now.

It doesn't look anywhere as photo realistic as this new one. Sure, neo's photography has dramatically helped that but Hot Toys paint apps put the custom to shame.
