I thought it was lower than that?.. referencing this post from August, referring to the Asian 'show' pricing.. and estimated price once it reached the US -

$230. Guessing it'll be $250-280 once it hits the states.

.. which is why I was expecting a Pre-order in Europe equating to approx £280 as a 'special' edition.. which still seemed fairly expensive for what is in effect a repaint, remembering that the Hot Toys Mark VII was £210 in the UK.. and I wasn't aware at that point, the Midas base had the light-up feature removed.. this is why I am distinctly unimpressed with the current 'official' price in Europe.

No. The price was S$379.90 in Singapore and there was no discount because this was supposed to be a Toy Fair exclusive.

Yeah HT must really be hoping they can sucker more money from us too, not just asia.
I mean its supposed to be rare and limited and yet they have more?
I wont lie i kinda want this fig but the price worries me, i dont want want pay more for this than HB and Silver C.

Yea, I used up a $165 worth of points foolishly on the pps mk 42 two weeks ago. Pissed I very much am!

I used $100 on Spider-Man.
