I won't sell, I will use this as a trade piece, preferably for the Mark VII BD which I missed out.

Yeah i was about to ask what's flat rate shipping. Cuz my shipping arrived @$10. So i guess that's a flat rate if my memory serves me well!

They also charged me another $10!

Is it really necessary to pay an extra $10 just for them to put it into another box? Boxes are meant to get dinged so the figure wouldn't...

Nope. You'd have to cancel and re-order, using the points, this time. I'd say it's too risky just for $36.00 in points. If you had bad luck and it sold out after you cancelled, you'll be kicking yourself.
