Given how good the other Morrison sculpt was, this one mystifies me...

On the upside, can't imagine too many people displaying Jango sans helmet anyway, but still...

I agree about the fragility of the armour on the sideshow.....but some superglue solved that problem easily. My Jango can take a posing with no repercussions.

Jango is an absolute fave of mine, easily my must have figure from the prequels....but not currently sure if this worth the punt as without the benefit of the headsculpt (the one pictured is awful), I'm not seeing a huge difference to the look of the sideshow here.

Maybe when (if) they ever decide to release it, new pictures will make it seem worth the stretch. But not as is.

Weird - sculpt looks like a cross between Josh Brolin and Joseph Gordon Levitt. I would never have picked that as Morrison without the Jango armor being attached.

The head sculpt needs tweaking alright but i hope they don't screw around with the helmet as it looks pretty good as is...(and way better than the awful Boba fett TESB mess)

Shape wise it's a mess and not very accurate. What's even more damning is that HT regurgitated it for the 40th retro version...

If you enjoy the sculpt, be happy with it and don?t research the screen used helmet. I was happy with the HT sculpt too, until I started comparing it to the helmet from the film, and Matrix is correct, it?s WAY off. Now I?m slowly constructing a Frankenstein helmet from the parts of 3 different helmets, and it?s DIFFICULT to say the least, and I?m not anywhere near the painting stage, which is it?s own ordeal.

With the close up pics shown you think the leather used for the chest part under his armor is genuine like the ones used for the DX10? That's gonna play a big factor for people like me living in humid countries if ever this guy goes for sale lol. Of all the leather parts on my collection the ones on the dx10 holds best up to today.

Yeah, he just used logic when talking about Hot Toys. That means it’s not going up for PO anytime soon.

Hot Toys added Morison sculpt for the purpose of exhibition. I seriously doubt they would go through that much of the efforts just to let this Jango sink into oblivion, he will up for PO though.

......slight pause in posts while people go looking at previous Con releases with new head sculpts that never saw the light of day....

I would say Mantis, but she will still be released a bit later I think. More in line with GotG 3.

The problem is that Cody and Rex prototypes knock this out of the park when it's technically the same person, so not sure how it can fall so flat in comparisson.

That comparison is night and day. I can?t tell if it?s a different sculpt altogether or just poor paint application though.
