I wonder how hard this will be to pick up after it releases. I never quite cared enough about the character to preorder, but will probably be very tempted anyway once I see all those pics and reviews and see how good the armor looks next to the other mandalorians...

If you are a Boba fan, how can you NOT have Dad on board, this is a Fett fandom requirement.

Besides, he is just gorgeous and comes with a pretty good bit of accessories.

You've got a point. This is one figure where I would definitely be using that long display gripper in order to have him in a flying pose.

I'm starting to wish now that we had gotten a Jango spinoff instead of a Boba one. Since it would be a much more interesting time to explore and would get us as far away as possible from freakin Tatooine.

Well you could check out the old SW Bounty Hunter game. Lucasfilm is so stupid they would rather do stupid material than to touch upon as ground they've covered before in any type of media.

They’ve hired a another kid to play young Jango in the flashback so I think Daniel’s time in live-action may have passed. Plus, young adult Jango, in his prime, should look like this guy anyway.

Seriously. All this comes down to good writing and depiction. I am super SUPER worried about Vader in the Obi Wan show. Vader has been handled relatively well. I am so worried that we will get extended periods of time with unhelmeted Vader/Anakin and I think that will NOT be received well by alot of fans.

So yes…be careful what we wish for. I think everybody was hyped with Mando and forgot they they are human and might slip up in the writing. I still hold Rogue One as the standard for how good the new media can be. I wish everything that came out had that effort to honour the OT.

Let every Lucas character Rest In Peace. Leave them alone. I can only imagine what they are going to do with kenobi. If Hollywood wasn’t completely creatively bankrupt, they wouldn’t have to continuously rely on reboots and sequels. Create new characters people care about. Well written characters sell, Din is a classic example. The heir to the empire novels created new characters that people were invested in right away. Just make new characters with new stories and without an agenda. Just a good show.

Bossk is next then Obi-Wan. All OT characters will be ruined in time. I am worried at the Uncle Owen depicition - wife beater, child abuser and racist against Jawas.
