Maybe but that was a few years ago not to mention the fact that they would have to create brand new figures for all the watchmen, here the can stretch the blue and yellow suits. X men by far are more popular then Watchmen.I personally am new to 1/6 collecting and I only started to get in to because of the Iron figures they produced how popular and appealing the movie is to the main stream determines a lot.This movie just beat out Thor's opening week.

There's no 'stretching' of the blue and yellow suits. Everyone had their own unique blue and yellow suit, so stop using that as an excuse. New figure, new pattern for each of them.

How is Moira worthy of a figure?? Over Emma, Azazel, or even Banshee, Havok or Angel?

None of the above are figure worthy.

Definitely agree with everything you said!!!! All but the part about Saw being needed. He's not needed per se but definitely would be the strongest most logical choice for a third figure in the line.

Then after that Mystique
Then beast
Then Moira

But their priority is so low it doesn't even matter

Shaw was Magneto's motitvation throughout the entire movie and his actions are what brought the x-men together. So if you were going to water the film down to its barest, Charles, Erik, and Shaw are the only characters really needed. Not that I think we'll get all three, but they would be the top three choices for HT to do IMO. Charles and Erik are the no brainers but after that it just goes into fan favorites. But plot wise, Shaw would be the most logical choice.

Way you guys are fawning over Fassbender makes it sound like he's the next Ledger Joker or something. I'll await all the custom sculpts and figures with baited breath!

my own opinion about ledger hes overrated his performance as the joker was alright and before anyone says 'oh you dont know anything about the joker blah blah im a big fan of bats...

but i think two face stole that movie as for fassbender i found him to be better then ledger by leeps and bounds ...

I really think Charles and Magneto will be the two figures we see. Shaw if they make a third. Those three were the film. You could cut out most of everyone else and at the bare minimum you would still need those three for the film to work.

Ideally, HT would include two outfits with these figures. Their yellow flight suits and their end costumes. The rest would just be to casual and not memorable like those other two would be.

Well, I wouldn't say being Shaw's right hand is something "useless".

She had some important/decisive moments throughout the movie serving, more than anything, as a defensive weapon, as a shield against Magneto or even Xavier's powers.

I'd agree though with the fact that Jones might not be the best option to play her.

My biggest complaint with Jones was she seemed rather uninterested but not the super stuck up snotty icy _____ she is in most of the comics. At times she seemed more like a robot. But yeah I don't think she was God awefull as some think. Hell she was the only reason I had any remote interest in the film at first.

Well, I'll give you that because I haven't read any comics with her in them.

I think she served her purpose. I guess I'm one of the only people who knew this would be a great film going in, but on the other hand the last few X-Men films kinda sucked, so I can't say I blame people. I think it's a Batman Begins kinda thing.

January Jones to a T. Other than the Emma Frost look, she's got nothing.

Actually the same can be said fr all of her roles... she looks good but thats as far as it goes. The woman is a robot.

Maybe if she was more charasmatic or a better actress Emma's scenes would have been more memorable but when I think back to the film, i barely remember her being there.

Some of the differences are very minor though - like the ones on Charles & Erik: the collar is different, but the rest of it is the same. Banshee's is the one with the most difference because of the vertical ridges on it.

Still, I agree with the majority in that Charles and Erik are really the two "worthy" figures since we know HT won't give us the team (with Shaw and Mystique being the next ones, IMO - but I would prefer Mystique over Shaw any day).

Just saw it. INCREDIBLE. Favorite X Men movie. Best picture this summer (so far). Epic in scope but really intense human stories. Just well done from start to finish.
HT please do Emma if you go beyond the big two.
