Okay, first off don't cut the strap off your boot to mold it. We can all make custom straps for our boots. Just slip the thing off and mold the boots. I will pitch in too, so lets get a few more people for $15-$20 range.

so how exactly are you moulding it ? recast ? two piece ( per boot ) ? cause it is not easy..specially if you're using resin..it cracks easy and not easy to drill holes plus you have to have the attachment for the balljoint..just curious to see how you are doing it..

Your doing us a favor, 20 bucks for a pair of t1 boots is a steal concidering the last pair sold for 70+ dollars

its gonna be just a one part mold. The opening stem for when I pour the resin will be on the bottom of the boot or heel.

Very simple to do. As far as bubbles or air holes. I'll fill them in with apoxy sculpt.

Spray them with primer, and a semi gloss or matte black
