Good news for all those who were in need of boots! And great looking bash, DEATHASYLUM.
When my DX10 arrived I realized that my custom T1 on a Royce body was a little short for a T-800. It bugged me.
Received a pair of DX10 long ankle pegs today and it makes the world of difference, as they finally match in height.
Thanks Kuat of Kuat. Great news about the longer foot pegs too. I don't know if you remember, but we talked about that a long time ago when you first posted your custom. He looked great then and now looks even better standing next to your DX10.
I think after all these customs, we might see the thread looking a lot like the DX10 thread:

It's definitely heading down that track or me now. I was holding out on doing this bash for the longest time waiting for HT to release one. I finally got sick of waiting around just like with the Expendables line & took matters into my own hands. 
I love that 2 in 1 idea with a PS/tanker version. The more battle damage T-800 Arnies, the better if you ask me. I would love to see Kyle & Sarah to go along with him.
You have a point but I think there will still be enough to get excited about. New sculpt ( and one even more improved upon) movie accurate jacket, exposed endo eye that light up etc.The 2 in one would be awesome. And it wouldn't really be that much of a stretch compared to some of their other hefty releases like Luke etc. And you're right much more feasible than what people wanted with the Cyberdyne/BD pack.
I thought about doing the bash but I said to hell with it I'll wait. Im tired of spending mad money for these kitbashes that Im only partly satisfied with. The bashes I see here are great and every time I see them I always think about if I made the right choice but I simply couldn't live with the bleeding eye. It woulod drive me mad. So I'd have to get that customized, god knows how much that would cost, then the body,pants, boots, guns etc etc. I tallied up the cost and I just figured I'd wait.

that is exactly how I felt up until a couple months ago. The bloody eye thing would drive me crazy if I knew an official release was never gonna happen. Knowing that it will, I am able to just display my bash until HT comes out with the real deal.

Yep, it's going to happen, just give it some time. Hot Toys is going to milk the Terminator line for every dollar they can get out of it and I bet it'll even be a DX. We'll get the Police Shoot out version and it'll include enough extra parts (head, bloody gloves hands, pistol) to make him look like he did after he was run over by the tracker trailer. You'll see, be patient.
