so...
you have as many terminators as a-dev and i have, you can accompany them with dioramas, Sarah Connors, you can get more for a decent price... and yet you say that you don't want to have too much :rotfl
Hmmmmmmm...............let me think about this. "Too much"..... is relative? I have over 1000 Godzilla related monsters, so I guess that many Terminators isn't too much then, right. Thanks for helping me to see things in the proper perspective.

:lol

It's OK, I have Hulk from the first Avengers film, the red/blue Tobey Maguire Spiderman, Reeve Superman and all the Hot Toys Tim Burton Batman stuff.

I've otherwise been steering clear of the MCU and the DCCU though, knowing what a financial ***t-storm that is. Likewise Star Wars. God help people trying to collect that.

Very glad I didn't mention I got sucked into the Star Wars abyss as well. That would have been embarrassing.

Eager to see that sculpt painted.

I'd like to get Silentsurfer to do mine, but he's always in high demand. He's doing my second Sarah head, so it would be nice to have a matching set. Might spread the goodness around and get a few people to do them.

This is kinda why I'm not jumping on all these custom heads now. I'd want them painted by the top guys to make sure they match as closely as possible with official Hot Toys figures but that means a massively long wait because of course everyone wants those guys to paint their headsculpts. I just don't have the patience. I'd buy an unpainted headsculpt and it'd just end up sitting in a spare-parts box.

I do happen to have a TSCC Cameron head that I bought directly from SilentSurfer, already painted - which is why I am buying that clothing set, to finally build that figure and vindicate the purchase of that head years ago.

Magnificent. A diorama-stand for that would elevate it even more. Fake grass, a curb and a bit of road on a lower level.

nah i don't think i'll even bother. if it was already for sale though...
still trying to figure out how to make a proper pose (legs). a toy really doesn't allow it.

I'm still pretty far from done with this one but you'll get an idea.

this and DX13 are still the best T figures, i think, and others, though made later, don't come even close.
but much of DX13 awesomeness are his skeleton BD options.

I've decided to drop Gunshop T-800 in favour of this^

I've also broken down one of my ''Promotional shoot'' figures as I just didn't really like the look of it anymore.

He is now spare parts. He already donated his pants to another figure that needed them and his trigger hand went to Teapot T-800 who I also considered breaking down but changed my mind as he does look pretty good, feels very solid and I got the jacket looking too nice to disturb.

Damn though, I need more neck adaptors. A few of them are broken/compromised and the heads aren't as tight as I'd like them to be.

I'm now going to say that it is the best Hot Toys T-800 figure. Especially with the pants and boots from MMS238.

Yes I find this figure more satisfying than DX13.
