Why is the panel on his left gauntlet so baby-bottom smooth? It kind of stands out like a sore thumb, and i don't believe it was that way on the prototype.

I think it looks great masked and holding his spear. If I have to pay that much to own a P2 figure and keep it in more or less that pose and I'm happy then why not.

Besides, if sales on this figure bomb there's a good chance that we may not see many more Preds (or as many as we would like). Can't miss out on another potential Wolf figure.

I was just riding your coattails grey. I think its pretty obvious we are all Predator nutcases and just want the best rendition of our beloved Predators possible.

I see what your saying there, but what really bothers me about that comparison pic is that the left elbow joint in the final figure is perfectly rounded and stands out bad, while the one in the proto pic is blended better and not nearly as round and toy looking.

I hope its just the angle of the pose, there is so much i luv about this figure tho, i can deal with a few issues. I am so glad they remade this figure, classic pred needs some company. Bring on scar and wolf

Yeah, that does look pretty bad. Anyone know why the hell they gave him a thick-strapped murse? Predator 2 did not have a murse, to my recollection. There's a very thin strap going across his chest, but it's not just a strap of leather and I'm not sure it connects to a pouch but I could be wrong. The turd-brown paint job of the armor is a real letdown.

Not sure about the murse, but that pic is the one i was thinking of that shows how the cannon was on some kind of pole similar to what hot toys did, both look like crap(cannon looks much better attached directly to the backpack) Psyched as hell to be getting this figure tho

You're looking at the image that'll be on future DVD/BLU Ray releases of the film. Much like how images of the HT P1 were mistaken (?) for pics of the real Predator and used on the DVD boxes in some countries as I recall.

That was hideous i remember that. But at least it was from the right movie! I remember the Predator 2 Blu-Ray having Wolf Predator on the front cover

So has it been tweaked , it really looks like it? I am getting him now due to the review.But reading everyone's crazy i cant tell from what everyone wrote.He looks amazing so hes a buy but i will have to pass on joker 2.0 now.

I love the detail on the upper body it looks good. With the next pred was wolf now, scar does look good but wolf is way badass in comparison. If the finished scar looks anything as good as the proto then great cuz i don't have scar. Also i really hope they make the avp elder at some point.

That's a tad harsh even for you P. Of course there's lots of things that could and perhaps should be better but the figure in that pose is a close as we're ever going to get to a P2 in 1/6th scale.
