HT will never get it right so that they will have an excuse to reissue this again..... & again...... Sry guys but wat I see is the sculptor not making an effort to throw the darts closer to the bullseye at all,

Which would be fine by I daresay a lot of people if HT wouldn't insist on saying stuff like this in the specs:

- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of City Hunter Predator in the movie Predator 2
- Realistic and accurate 1/6th scale of approximately 14 inches / 35 cm tall

Id like to have a debate with you one day when you dont turn in to a tosser and turn to insults rather than retorting with facts about the matter at hand. I dont feel that day will ever come though.

not possible trust me I've tried. It didn't take me very long here to realize that your better off ignoring all of his posts.

Yep. But for some reason the incorrect way of saying it has become more commonplace, particularly on this forum. Its a curiosity.

It's everywhere.

"Could care less" instead of "couldn't care less."

"Should of" instead of "should have/should've." <-- That's when you know the person hasn't stopped even for a moment to think about the words he is using.

"Loose/loosing" instead of "lose/losing."

Then there's the lesser seen gems:

"For all intensive purposes" = "For all intents and purposes"

"It's a doggy dog world" = "It's a dog eat dog world"

"It's a mute point" = "It's a moot point"

"You have another thing coming" = "You have another think coming"

My favourite "just spell what I think it sounds like" moment was a Facebook post, reposted to either failbook or lamebook:

"Lack toast and tolerant" = "lactose intolerant"

We now return to City Hunter: Not accurate? Or not not accurate enough?

:lol

There's also some more understandable mistakes like of/off and to/too.

Here's another head-scratcher - how does ''Refuse bag'' become ''Refuge bag''?

City Hunter alway's looked better with the mask on I suppose. It's my favourite mask, although it looks like they screwed that as well with the black visor.

Still a decent figure but not accurate. I would have liked Hot Toys to include a base of the building piece. They could have used something similar to the red and blue spidey.

In fact the way things are going, they probably just could have re-used that one. :lol

Waits for the next 50 pages of debates and arguments.:lol

I must say I pre-ordered this Predator the day it went up for sale but now after anticipating it's release I may have to cancel my order. Everything is perfect on this Predator except for the fact that I do not like the color of the teeth...they are just a couple of shades darker than I would like.
This is a real shame because I was looking forward to receiving this Predator so badly...but why do the teeth have to not look right?

Also...I find his fingers to be about 2mm too long as well. This throws off the whole proportions of the figure so badly that I would be embarrassed to even display him. Who wants a Predator with fingers that do not match the palms?
These inaccuracies need to stop...as a collector they really ruin my whole world!!!

Don't forget then/than. I think I see that flaw used more than any of the others listed.

I'd also add your/you're. People are so damn stupid.

Stupid like this guy:

These are the closest lighting conditions I've seen in terms of comparing the original release versus the new release. The new release definitely walks all over the original, even with all of the inaccuracies.

In my eyes this is not the Predator 2 that I have known for 23 years. Best example I can give is McFarlane's T-800 figure from the Movie Maniac 4 Series.

That broke my heart when I first saw it after having seen their initial prototype shots that did have the likeness.
