Arrived today, I didn't get to play with poses as much as I wanted, but I snagged some photo's before the sun left:

Where I have him displayed for now, sorry for the bad lighting:

I think it's a great figure from a bad film, bell bottoms should be outlawed. Can't wait for Hulk to see if I can pose this guy on his back...

The first batch came with glue on the Zipper, in the center of the X. And only can be lowered, until the start of the x

now what is better with Zipper glue, or unglued ? :dunno

Without Glue

Are you sure those are "batches" and not just prototype vs production pieces?

BTW, the bottom of the jacket under the buckle in the first "un-glued" photo looks like it has a stitch that finishes the edge. Mine came unfinished, and a couple of in-hand photos look like they might have unfinished edges as well. But it's hard to really tell for sure.

Anyone out there care to comment on the hemming?

Mine came unglued as in the first picture.

Interesting. I don't have mine in front of me, but are you sure it's actually glued, or is it just the jacket seam simply covers the zipper better? I think mine has the zipper covered, but I didn't test to see how far down I could unzip the jacket.

I took these shots earlier today but haven't had time to sit down and upload them and post until now. Looks cut and unfinished to me.

If you look up the promo shots though it looks the same.

Thanks for posting, guys. I tried to unzip mine tonight, but the jacket gets really tight at the top of the X. I can pry the jacket apart to reveal the zipper, but I don't have enough hands to try and see if the zipper goes any lower!

Anyway, the jacket comes together at the X to hide the zipper, then comes apart again after the X to reveal the zipper.

Just not sure if I can actually unzip it the full way or not.

I have no plans to remove the jacket myself, but I hate when hot toys does stuff like this, theres really no reason to do it ether, It sucks people have to kinda damage the jacket to remove it. Why not just have it work like a real jacket and make the x buckle thing open:dunno

Anyway its a minor issue, overall the figure kicks @$$:clap

From Toy Anxiety's page:

"To remove the jacket from the body, the zipper must be undone. The way the zipper is designed, the bottom part of it is sewn. To undo the zipper, the thread must be removed. Be aware of this as the zipper tab is more difficult to put on and if it falls off, you can easily lose it."

The instructions manual that comes with the figure recommends not removing any part of the clothing. I don't wish to remove his jacket - he looks awesome as is!!
