Best just to wait and see. Scar happened within the space of a day. Prototypes are most probably good to go; it's just up to Hot Toys on how they want to work their release schedule, it could be days, months or years...

I disagree with this, the headsculpt, armor, bio, and weapons all look great, it's just the lenses on the bio being the wrong color and the skirt armor pieces being the wrong size that look off to me. Overall he actually looks like scar this time, imo a great improvement. Oh, also the lower jaw needs to be replaceable for a more open one with the open mandibles for the roaring pose.

the body of new scar is not bulky like the movie.

HT just used the body from Predator new classic

I agree that to be 100% movie accurate it should be a little bulkier, but I always thought they were too bulky in the movie, and their dreads were to bulky looking especially from the back, so that is an improvement in my eyes, and I like this look much better.

Aye they we're huge in AVP much bigger than most preds tbh with the added bulk of the armour on.

I luv adi, they gave us imo the best predator bio designs out there and their armor designs are really cool, but their bulky pred suits looked bad, and scars face in the movie was horrible, they should have used this new hot toys head, scars mouth in the movie bunched up in between the mandibles and just looked fake to me, definitely a bad effort on their part there, and hot toys has done what they failed to do in the movie by making scars face look awesome.

That last pic of Celtic looks to be the same dimensions as this new scar, you showed a lot of the shots I like from the movie, look at some of the scenes like where scar and lex are looking down at the crater after the bomb goes off, from a zoomed out view and scar just looks like big hulk or something, it's definitely worse in the full body shots, I luv that avp elder design with all the face quills and markings, hopefully we get a good one of him from hot toys.

I thought that looked off, these avp preds definitely look much better when they are less bulky looking. That's an amazing looking custom of Celtic in that last pic if that's a posed 1/6 figure!

Ok I just looked at that last pic of Celtic on my computer, I was on my iPhone earlier, that's definitely a 1/6 custom and whoever made that really needs to be working for hot toys, beautiful work
