Wow, looks awesome overall - amazing likeness!!

A couple things though; change the body, make the chest symbol a tad larger, & get that cape to sit flatter at the shoulders - & it'll be a definite winner.

Sculpt looks good, body looks way too bulky, esp the arms.

I'd guess and say they used the CR Supes body, but that doesn't look as bulky.

I want it... But I don't love it. Especially, the overuse of the black airbrushing on the yellow of the \S/ and boots. He does seem a little stocky. But the head is amazing and the fact they could make such an intricate suit in the scale boggling!

Head sculpt looks amazing, although does anyone else think he looks a little old? Likeness really though is fantastic. When looking at those first pics I thought it came with two sculpts as it looks to have different expressions depending on the angle. Which is awesome.

Agree with everyone else, body looks too bulky but could just be temporary while they sort a custom one. Also, if we do need to go the custom cape route, I wonder how easy it would be to attach/remove the stock one. Looks like its sewn in.

Definitely bought, will look great next to my Reeve version. Just hope they don't use an S shaped box again. While a fun gimmick that thing was a pain in the arse.

HS is FANTASTIC! The likeness is Dead On! I haven't seen the film yet but will be very soon! I also agree with everyone else, the body is a little too buff! Otherwise, perfect figure! Depending upon how I like the film, I will definitely make this a must buy! Kudos HT!

Beautiful but too bulky or not enough defined muscles.

Those bracelet are too big too.

Overall, the figure looks great and the headsculpt is exactly as I would expect it to be from Hot Toys. Absolutely amazing. Hopefully the final figure once its released will not look as bulky as these prototype photos. The figure would probably be released some time after the movie is out on blu ray, perhaps even longer, judging by how slow HT are when it comes to releasing their figures. Heck, I'm still waiting for HT Hulk and Catwoman...!!!

Definitely gonna pre-order it nonetheless and it will look great standing beside the HT Reeve Superman!

This is Superman we're talking about, no way this is less than $200.

It's $140-$170 in Asia depending on where you are.
HK VIP customers definitely get this cheapest.

Someone posted an excellent manip on OSR. I really hope Ht trims this guy down. It shouldn't be too bad; it's not like people are asking for major overhauls, he just needs to lose some of the bulk.

I'll be all over this, the sculpt looks fantastic.
I saw the movie, it is phenomenal, by far the best super-hero movie I've seen.
It is moving and spectacular on a scale rarely seen.
Don't believe a vocal minority of critics, I don't think they saw the same movie I did.

After looking closer, his arms do seem a bit short and his abs aren't nearly as defined as promotional pics have shown them to be. A couple of minor fixes and this thing is perfection!!
