Lip smack only in the waist area but that can be compensated with the same waist wrap thats on the steve rogers it is way thinner and to top it off can be supplemented from a cap avengers by cutting the top have off and just putting enough till fill the waist. Otherwise you just have to cut out of the fat suit the foam padding and leave some for the groin and shoulders that should do it, remember he has not only the fat suit but another stretchy shirt layered on top of that.

Oh well. Looking forward to your pics. I got a strike helmeted head coming from HK. I just wanted to see the result in advance ;-) My only issue with the Avengers version is the mask. The head will be an "upgrade". I'd trade movie accuracy for a better overall look and closer to the comics. Not planning on picking up any more Cap's.
