Finally got mine today personally it's my favourite hot toy so far, but I'm just a big Cap fan so he was always gonna be my favourite.

Like some people have mentioned his body isn't quite as bad in person. That said I've been fiddling with him for a while now trying to make him a little less oblong haha don't know if it's noticeable or not but I'm happy.

I saw that one too Edub. I messaged the guy that did this mod. He said its stuck in this Museum pose in the pic you posted. Look great though.

So all that work and it's no longer articulated?

I noticed my Steve's head looks "dirty". His skin. It's darker and looks...dirty. Most of the pictures I see, (in-hand) look lighter toned than mine. I took some pictures of mine, and indeed the pictures I took DO look lighter...but still not quite as light as other people's in hand pictures Im seeing...

Anyeone else getting this?

My Stealth cap head has a lot of blue staining around the lower part of the neck from the collar. Doesn't show unless his head is angled upwards, but still annoying. Anyone else seeing this?

Wow that looks great. Any details on what was actually done?

Saw this on Facebook. Said he changed the chest out with MOS chest.

And built up thighs and calves to the point of having to sew the suit back on in some places.

Damn it looks good tho.

I'd be willing to it man. I had originally wanted to do the CR body swap but those body's are a pretty penny. With my modding I ended up sewing up my Stealth Cap back together as well.

I'm worried bout distortion in the sculpt. Do you have em?

Judging from the current pics, it seems they are quite similar? Aside from the subtle paint job differences? What do you think?

I reckon the headsculpts are pretty similar. I have done a side by side comparison and reckon the only differences are that the head has been removed from the mould without allowing it to cool properly, making it fractionally elongated, and the paintjob(Hot Toys starts with the same canvas, and use more light browns and reds to make for a slight rosier cheeked head than the bootleg, which seems to have been shaded just with thinned black).

Got my knock off shields and have to say it looks good with stealth Cap. Brings out the costume and shield
