haha, an accident that actually worked out in the end! did you also remove the fat suit underneath? I am contemplating doing that but with the way I have him posed, i figured i didn't have to.

This figure, built from all HT parts, was purchased as parts from Toy Anxiety. I didn't buy the fat suit, intending to build it as an altered *custom*.
The pants are fine, belt needed the snaps removed and replaced for the smaller waist size, and the top was taken in slightly so there was more of a taper to the waist.
And as mentioned above, due to my own ham-fistedness, i replaced the sleeves with a full Jura undersuit.
The one on the right has the Jura suit, the one on the left has Strike parts, with only the Strike sleeves missing:

They don't address QC issues, but Sideshow might if you bought from them. Hot Toys will just try to divert your attention to their newest Iron Man and ignore your request.
