Didn't you hear Hot Toys is having Sideshow's factory create and produce the Luke hs.

Maybe Sideshow's head sculpt is instead being produced at HT's factory?

Anyway, looking forward to seeing the final sculpt to see if it will differ dramatically from the teaser.

Good call. I have it on good authority the sculpt looks more like Michael Keaton than Mark Hamill anyway.

If we look at it this way - the Luke likeness HAS to be good this time, because their last attempt was closer to 77 Hamill than 1980 Hamill, so they're already half way there.

Accessories-shmessories.

Is it too much to ask for a properly scaled figure on a great new TT body, with top quality tailoring & a beautifully accurate portrait of 1977 Carrie Fisher (with sculpted hair)?

That's the figure I want - not a 'close but no cigar' doll with a bunch of useless trinkets (both above blasters welcome of course) to offset the disappointing execution on the fundamentals.
