Yeah I would, can't hurt to ask. I've had to return a few figures/parts through various eBay sellers and all have been helpful. Hopefully they offer to replace the body.

As someone who has AoU Cap and doesn't feel like getting a whole additional figure, I decided to order the custom HS with both mouthplates from OSK.

Hey guys -- figured I'd give an update on my loose legs right out of the box Cap figure if anyone is interested.

So the seller got back to me and apologized and informed me he was an authorized Sideshow seller, so he says I should be covered (I hope so!). He asked that I send over a picture to showcase the defect, but a photo wouldn't show that off at all. So I took a video instead:



Here's the video, check it out and lemme know what you guys think. Also, it's a low res vid (originally a 4K vid), but the vid just needs to show that the legs are loose, so excuse the quality (I was too lazy to wait to upload such a large file).

Y'know...I own the winter solider version too. I don't have him standing side by side with CW cap...but your pic just made me realize just how awful it really looks in comparison.

Except for the headsculpt. The interchangable faceplates on CW Cap don't look very good in some photos, like the one above.

Yea I wish the stealth suit version was so much better. It sucks compared to this new one. The new faceplates aren't as good as the last sculpt but in person it doesn't look as bad as it does in the photo. I wasn't a fan of it first but it'll work. I'm too lazy to buy the aou sculpt haha.

As for the legs mine seem fine. I watched your video earlier. My left leg was a tad bit loose like in your video but not as bad and it can definitely hold a pose. I hope you get yours sorted out

Its a massive shame though I still kinda want the WS version as I really like the suit design, is yours completely stock? I am wondering if it could look any better with the new CW body (obviously there will still be tailoring issues) great looking photos of the new Cap though Edub, looking forward to getting mine!

Thanks!! Yea mine is completely stock. I wanted to change it out with the man of steel body but after looking at some mods that looks like a lot of work plus I hear the suit doesn't close properly in the back. Eventually I'll just move the new cap on his own shelf with the new winter soldier

I don't think any suit is tailored to fit the gigantic MoS body except the MoS suit. Any other suit on it will end up looking goofy, in my opinion.

I've had my cap fig for about a week now and I can say there are no visible defects that I have found, it's a great figure and I'm glad I decided to get him!
