Can someone please tell me whats up with that tatoo on the back of his neck?!
Is it suppose to be Cap's shield with an Anarchy symbol in the middle?

It was in the movie and in the trailer. Symbol of anarchy. Wasn't discussed at all in the movie, but was there for a sec.

Probably just something to make us go wild before the release, thinking it had something to do with Cap.

Wow, with the chair I expected him to be at least $250. Kinda wish he came with a pistol or rifle though.

I didn't like how they used him -- but I really like the look of the final figure. Consider this pre-ordered.

I will be changing his throne to one of the porcelain variety

Not sure what's with Hot Toys and giving this line puppy eyes. It makes him look like he's about to burst into tears. Probably because of the way he was portrayed in the movie.

With the glasses on though it looks superb.

Yeah, I was thinking the same, amazing looking figure, strange eye sculpt.
Looks fantastic with glasses. The Hot Toys blurb at the start is hilarious though, sounds like they are almost apologising for the character in the movie, "from the menacing appearance in the TRAILER"

Hated the movie, and not even because of the twist.

Loved all of Kingsley’s parts pre twist, even some after.

Figure looks awesome and preordered. Sculpt and figure just looks too awesome to pass up.
