the question is whether or not the regular version will come with it or if you'll have to buy a variant to get that.

Although I think the appearance of interchangealbe mouths have been on recent releases (P2 and Cleaner) but the open mandibles only come with the variant figure. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but HT does like to rake in the money.

Its about time! The first Predator has been the only Predator that I have ever wanted to get. I will be getting him and a Dutch for sure! These better come out late next year so I'll have the money though.

Indeed, I'm sure a bloodied version is very likely, and they can't sell it without something to sweeten the deal, and roaring mandibles and something special to do with the trophies or hanging dead body are all I can really think of to add with a variant figure to make it worth buying to people. Who knows, maybe BR Joker will show people are more content shelling out $50 for a piece of a set instead of buying the whole thing and stop releasing rehashes with a few extra goodies that should have been in first go around.

Well, I'm still trying to figure out what the real relevance of HT's Lost Predator figure is, so I can justify that I ordered him, but, apart from the fact that he's a little too green, he really looks bad ass. So yes, one can never have enough predators! At least when we're talking Predator and Predator 2. With the exception of the Wolf Pred, the design of the AvP preds has never reached the quality of the first two movies, and, that actually counts also for both AvP movies.

Oh I totally agree, the more Preds the better! I've just had to watch my spending because of Christmas, I bought my mom a GPS, my brother a digital camera, and my neice a freaking $150 doll house.

After spending all that cash, I thought it a good idea to skip out on getting him for now, and paying off what I already had ordered. Plus, I got my first The Dead figure anyway... so it's all good.

And now PREDATOR is on his way soon! I'll pick up the Lost dudes bio on ebay, but I'll probably skip getting him still.

i'll probably get this and the lost pred and that will be it for my ht predator stuff.
unless, they make any more of the lost predators. which i'm almost certain they will not.
and i'm betting ht won't bother with likeness rights on dutch's team. so i'll go ahead and skip those since they'll just be generic military figures.

It is about BLOODY time! Glad I could find this here. Anyone know how I can go about signing up for the HT newsletter? Been trying to locate where to sign up for some time now. Definitely P1 and Dutch. Pred after pred after pred, and we're finally going to get the one that started it all.

of course the maybes really hinge on how the likeness of the sculpts turn out. but at the very least uniforms & weapons should kick total ass.
