Hot Toys Predator: Jungle Hunter 2.0

I think we need to just comment on every single photo Hot Toys does and keep asking for this to be updated. I think I’ve done it for most that has come out since we’ve seen this bad boy feel like a crazy person ahaha.

I just want this figure to look up to today’s standard and for them to make a City Hunter again afterwards. Then I’ll be happy.

My dream figure of the predator though would be a 1/6 scale Ahab Predator but I highly doubt that will ever come out unfortunately. It kinda even feels like this won’t ever come out too

HT jungle hunter and city hunter would be enough for me too. I was thinking about buying city hunter 2.0 but its face kinda sucks tbh, nothing like the real one.

Same. CH 2.0 put me off HT Predators.

I'd like to get back in but only for JH and CH - and not if they're gonna be ''interpretations'' again.

I'd love an accurate HT City Hunter. With accurate headsculpt and accurate paint job on the armour.
CH's armour wasn't poop brown all over.

exactly, I repainted mine with a golden copper color, it looks better but I also keep my Battle Damaged MMS45 because the head sculpt is more accurate.
To come back to JH, I agree with what was said above. This character deserves to be done properly. I always hope that Hot toys will hear our criticisms and do the right thing.

Kinda having doubts that we might not see the light of day for this figure anymore. At Wonder Fest Shanghai 2024 when they showed off all the new future figures set to come into PO, Hot Toys didn’t really mention the name of this figure on their instagram posts when they uploaded the photos of it and the thing that made me question if it will ever be made is that they did mention other figures on those same slides which is meant to be in the pipeline.

I really hope I’m wrong but I’m kinda losing faith in this figure, especially with what they actually showed of it just being a repaint of a 10+ year figure

Honestly, we already have a place holder if people mod their Classic predator. I would rather have that, then the trash they are ready to mass produce if there were to be no changes from the proto we've seen. With how expensive figures are becoming there is no place to be lazy in a reproduction.

I wouldn't give up hope yet. They might be retooling the entire thing since there has been so much backlash over the subpar figure they showed.

I really hope so! This is the one figure I think I want the most in my whole collection.

This is the one figure that if Hot Toys ever gets it made into production it needs to be perfect! A legit one and done figure.

Predator was the movie that actually got me into this collecting hobby. I remember watching the first movie when I was younger than 10 years old in my mums room with a tv that had a BBL . A couple months later I went to the city with my mum and we saw a Neca bubble head Jungle Hunter Predator with the bio mask which my mum bought for me that day. That was the first ever collectable type of item I ever owned. The rest is history from there.
