Would people happily pay extra if Hot Toys decided to include 3 heads; masked, open mandibles & closed mandibles if it meant the sculpts would be more accurate?

Yes, yes and yes.

That would be a great opportunity to not only get rid of the mandible seam lines, potential paint scraping when putting the bio on, but it would also allow them to finally sculpt open and closed mouths to fit the open and closed mandibles.
