Not sure has anyone talked about this yet, but how are the articulations ?
i got Royce body separately and here's what i found with the articulations on the body
- all top parts (neck, hands, elbows, shoulders) were really tight (+)
- all lower parts (waist, knees, ankles) were loose (-)

The figure cant stand by itself without something to support it :gah:

I would have preferred that the he not be in Predators honestly...I would have been happier if the group just happened upon that "monolith" and found the hideout of someone random person...it would have built a little mystery and maybe even feed into the sequel. I have actually skipped Fatburns chapters a few times, haha. And guess what...the movie flows much better when you do that.

Totally agree with you, except his exposition is needed to inform Royce about the Predator ship. Without that scene, he doesn't go to cut down the classic Predator in exchange for a flight home, and yada yada yada.

But I agree, Fatburn sucked.

I don't know what the script writers were thinking... Royce and Co could have been his ticket off the planet, but instead he decided to kill them all... It's just stupid. :gah::lol

Mine is all tight.. the arms and elbows are tighter, but the hip and knees are enough sttiffed.

I recommend the supeglue trick for your loose hip joints:

Use a little superglue arround the hip joints applying it with a brush (the area between the ball and the stick are connected) and move it every 3 minutes, to prevent sticking. (for 45 minutes or so)

I used this method with some of my new Adv TT and Batman Dx slim body because some are looser than the old TT and this trick works nicely :wink1:

Uh....Royce, nor Noland could actually FLY the spaceship....so...

Also, the script worked better. Noland was a more interesting character. He had this calm about him. He wasnt crazy either. Didnt like at all what Fishburne did with him at all.

On first hearing about Nolands role in the film I originally thought of a more primitive survivor living alone in a cave, with a long beard and some great home made weapons. Like a more badass version of Tom Hanks from Castaway.

Exactly. Why try to kill the people that might help you find a way out of hell. Trying to asphyxiate them with smoke was his final act of stupidity. :lol

Yes, because they totally ____ing knew how to fly an Alien space craft...jesus....the movie aint that deep.

Why kill them? Because they GOT STUFF he can USE to survive.

There's no way off that planet, except by ship. None of them can fly it, and no Predator will take them off.

Classic wasnt hanging up there for 10 years....so it's just a lucky hunch that Royce had.

But take Classic out...how would they have gotten off the planet? Do tell. I'd like to know.

And by the way, they were still stuck on the planet at the end of the movie....so....yeah. Noland doesnt seem so dumb....

No, it's not that deep, so why pretend that it is? Surviving and looking for a way out of an unknown situation was all they could hope for. Nolan was an idiot and a wasted character as far as I'm concerned - he tried to kill people that could have helped him survive, and got killed because of it! Don't get so wound up over a movie! :lol

He's been there for 10 years....he's survived pretty well on his own, and i'm sure he tried to find a way out. He even said there's no way off unless you have a spaceship.

Royce was just a little smarter then everyone else.

And i'm not getting wound up over a movie, i'm getting wound up over how idiotic your logic is. :lol If you cant get that from the movie, then I dont think you were paying any attention whatsoever in any way shape or form. :lol
