Barney Ross comes topless. I choice to leave him like that as I didn't want to cover up his tattoos. Here's how I displayed his equipment.
The shirt is just buttons. You just run your finger down the shirt opening and feel where they are and tug to open them then push them back in to fasten them
Cool, I thought it came fully dressed, I didn't know it didn't.
Yeah, Hot Toys wanted to showcase his tattoos.

I think it's a good choice .
I don't know if this has been answered before, it probably was, but... how can the clothes (shirt, jacket, etc.) on Hot Toys figures, like Royce, be taken out without damaging them? Should the arms be dettached first? This is out of curiosity, I'm not planning to do that on my Royce figure.
Imagine if they made Hanzo...
one thing to learn in this hobby is futzing. you know you'll kitbash something in long run eventually.
here's some pointers removing long sleeved shirts.
1. pop both hands out carefully.
2. unbutton shirt.
3. swing both arms to the back.
4. you can remove the the long sleeved shirt easily this way.
*check youtube too.
It really just comes down to common sense.
Common sense has no place on collectables forums.
I got my Royce today. I'm actually really impressed with it. I didn't think I'd like it so much. Not only do I find myself changing the display alot cos I keep thinking of ways it can pose better, but it also really fits well next to Ezio and T-800.
The accessories are amazing too. I love the AA-12 Shotgun.
Congrats. I think this figure surprised many people. It exceeded our expectations!
I find this figure more realistic looking than some people I know...
