The rey arms are single jointed. And you wouldn't want to leave them bent to 90 degrees for very long. But with a natural bend in the arms she looks much better in my opinion.
 
I went ahead and swapped out the arms for the Rey arms. Really prefer it like this.

What needs to be modified to make an Endor Leia more closely match the pose on the Speeder Bike in the reference photo? And, how complicated are the modifications to make this happen? Thanks

I just got a standard body and dremeled out the torso in some areas to make the "doubled over" bend possible. Obviously you can't go with seamless arms.

Do you remember which body you used? I'm assuming you did the same with the Scout Trooper? Do you remember which body you used for him?
