Yep, that's the one. I feel fairly confident but on something that's so limited, just makes me nervous...lol

Almost like the old days of logging in at 1pm EST for a SS pre-order that if you didn't get in the first 10 minutes you were waitlisted...lol

It is not a limited exclusive. Only the one that has that different base that comes with the PS4 bundle in HK is supposed to be the exclusive version. The one they are selling now is a regular release. Don't know why Sideshow has not put him up yet, but it is available as a regular pre-order item even on Amazon Japan. So, I will think eventually Sideshow will release it here. Either way, there will be enough of this for people who want it.

Yeah, can be a bit risky with low-feedback sellers. Sometimes they really just don't know what they're doing and think they can get away with that.

I had a seller selling a "like new" mini replica lightsaber ($40 or so item). Sent it completely loose in a box 4 times the size with absolutely no packing material so it was just getting bashed around (didn't even bother to tape the box closed properly so pieces of the stand slipped through the edges (or they were just never included) and the thing arrived dented loose and in terrible shape. What a joke. Most good and experienced sellers want to represent the item properly so that they don't have a return like your case. That definitely sounds like a newbie hoping to pull one over on somebody.

Agreed.....in the case of my guy, he tried to say that he had no idea that the item was assembled, but had showed up for 4 pics of a mint...so I didn't buy neither did ebay. And if he wants the item back, he had to pay for the shipping. lol.....and yes, avoid low feedback types

If this had the T-21 I might be a little more tempted to go for it....but that's one of the shock troopers main blasters in the game, so I find it odd it's not included.
