Thanks for pics and videos guys. My Ex reservation is due to convert on Monday. Still very much on the fence with this guy. An iconic figure to be sure, but I need many more Detolfs just for my ever expanding 1/6 stuff, so feel a little foolish to move into 1/4 realm.

Can this HT Endo be displayed without the stand support and still be secure?

I saw this at my local shop yesterday. I have similar concern as you but the shop owner took it out, pose and it CAN stand on its own quite sturdy.....

Good to know. I'm thinking of trying to display it on the base but without the pole. Not sure if it will work. I see when getting it next month. Till then another big Terminator item will arrive.

I received mine yesterday and I'm very disappointed with Hot Toys QC. Mine has some issues and I will be returning it. First the cables that go to head are completely missing on both sides and then I discover the the caps that go over the hip screw joints are missing also. My other thoughts on this figure is that I feel that Hot Toys failed to make this a fantastic piece for the money that it cost. They could've at least gave us a removable brain chip and a light up base for the price.

I have a crazy idea:
1.) simply ask for the missing parts;
2.) look at what features are included before you buy it!


Actually..after looking at the neck hose area more closely, it does look like it'd be a pain in the *** to replace those..nevermind the first point I made
However, it was never shown to come with a brain chip, and the base was never supposed to light up, and it looks the same as it did in the promo pics, so those complaints are not really fair.

Other than paint issues, I think they could of made the eyes a little more subtly lit. They look great from the third quarter perspective. But from the front they have that Predator Bio Mask blinding glow.

Got it from Alteregocomics, but it's not their fault because they get them straight from Sideshow and they get it straight from Hot Toys who is really at fault here because they let it get through their QC that way.
