Hot Toys Resident Evil 4: Ada

I'm not too concerned about an Ada as cool as she is, but I am holding on to hope of a RE 4 Leon re-release. He's definitely my most wanted HT that I missed out on.

I remember when these were still up on sideshow, they had all of them and I was torn between getting Leon (regular) or the exclusive version of the Chainsaw ganado. Stupid me picked the Chainsaw guy because I was worried the exclusive would sell out and ya know, I thought he looked cooler. Like a year or so later, he was STILL available and Leon was fetching the crazy prices that he still does to this day.

I still kick myself over that decision and that's when HT's were still like $130-140, but I was still in high school and didn't have much money back then, so I could only get one or the other.

Granted they'll surely release a RE 6 Leon, but I just loved his look in 4 and that's still one of my favorite games of all time.

No No no yea we got RE 4 and 5 but im talking about 2 and three and code veronica.. The monsters like licker and nemesis. but hey whatever.

And i totally agree. We need more enemy characters. Wesker is awesome and so is the Chainsaw ganado....I never got Krauser but he looked cool as well (though I'm sure there's been issues with the rubber body by now)

But yeah, how cool would a nemesis be? Before you'd think he'd be out of the cards, but now that we're seeing larger scale guys like Hulk and Iron Monger I think it's more possible.

Heck, I'd be cool with like, a stock Zombie that came with interchangeable parts so you could get some different looks or something like that. Or better yet, a zombie and licker 2-pack

Im very curious how they'll sculpt the face. Ada looks half white half asian but in RE6 she looks full caucasian ??

If they go for the RE6 face then they could do an RE6 version Ada to go along with the RE6 HT will probably announce soon.

In anycase i want a (new)Leon RE4 version!! he last figure was horrible imo

Hopefully the actress playing Ada will do something like that in RE:R.

Why would you need to another RE4 dress if you're buying two?

The other dress would be spare id likely sell it on to make funds towards the re 2 ada outfit. But it would be cheaper in the long run buying a whole figure rather than trying to buy the body, head, base, gun ect seperate as buy the time thats all done i could of just bought the thing

Wouldn't it be easier to just buy the head and body off the after market and make use of the guns you aren't already using for the second Ada? I really don't see how it would be efficient to spend $400 for two Ada when you could get the body and headsculpt for probably less than $100.

Because sometimes with my displays i like to lay out my figures in a single bay, (as i have glass shelves ) and lay the accessories around them very much like the last spec&pic pictures where you see all they come with. I like to have that option.

And the head would be about £40 posted to the uk, same for the body. Base would be around £7 upon initial release so thats already £87 and ill be able to buy the whole figure for around £130 and that way ill get the box, extra clothes and all she comes with.

Well Psycho made an RE2 Dress so you are set. I would make an RE2 Ada, but she isn't my favorite character, she's cool and all. Just remember these figures are getting expensive.
