Thank you Hot Toys anyway for making Jill Valentine figure even though the figure come out not good enough

Hair strains are rougher (bigger chunks) on the retail too..

Yeah her hair is definitely more chunky, like a bad casting job or something.

look the same! nothing improved.

I think HT improved her lips size, look more filled.. and glossy now... and her head shape seems slightly more rounded ??

Besides, the iris of her eyes looks more blue (less grey ) ,and has less arched eyebrows... but I guess these are subtle paint aps ...

To be honest, Agen.. I expected much less this time, so I'm not disappointed with the final product


Edit: I almost forgot to say: her fringe is different now, and the sculp is worse and less detailed

HT improve (almost) everything of the body except for the elbows joints, where they kind of back-tracked.

Neck and elbows can still be improve on (both needs an extra articulation point).

Lol I said the same thing many pages back . I'm dissapointed they didn't change the sculpt at all but it is acceptable. Still I cant wait to put this figure on my shelf next to BSAA Chris and my 2 Weskers! Despite tha fact that this figure could have been better, it's still a winner to in my books. Thanks for the pics guys.

I've read many complaints from fans and collectors on this board, OSW, HK boards like Toy World and Toys Daily that the Jill sculpt was insufficient and still HT didn't do a damn thing. It really goes to show where their priorities are.

A real disappointment, fellas.

It means that the majority of HKers that initially preordered this from TH were resellers and not collectors.. Actually it was kind of the same for Black Widow too. Don't worry the pics will come out soon.

I think that the female figure from Hot Toys all have some deficiency in their sculpting, whether it be from the video game lines ( Jill, Sheva ) or their movie lineup ( silk spectre, Sarah Connor, BW ). I think that may be the company's weakness in general. Most of their male figures have pretty awesome facial likenesses.
