After that video, I’m seriously questioning whether I need this. It’s really nice, but do I need a giant blink and and you miss it lizard for $700?
It’s OT and that’s basically my main focus, but I’m on the fence. I will wait for more detailed reviews but the amount of space it occupies is significant.
I’m worried that I’ll regret canceling but wow, it’s ridiculously a garage shelf by itself. Meditate on this I must.

Well, think of all the folks that are sad they don't own the original Sideshow version. Some things are worth installing a shelf for. 😁

Srsly I'm getting this for Mando anyway, just because the show art looked so cool. I'd never say anyone shouldn't think hard about their collections. But aftermarket prices for this will be ridiculous.

I’m sure the incoming review videos will push me to get it. I did a payment plan so mine is already paid off. I just have to pay tax and shipping. It’s just the collection space….
I’m seriously running out of room.

Love that jaw swap assembly with the mouth parts. The body's a little more shiny than I was expecting but overall paint looks good, much better/more realistic than the Blurrg.

Even with this being a Mando Dewback with some ANH tweaks it's a bit confusing why they went with the 1970s green shag pile carpet as fur.

Really wish they had pulled a ROTJ Vader on this sandie and done a sculpt tweak on the helmet. Despite the improved paint apps/weathering, it's a pretty dated and inaccurate underlying sculpt and this would have been a perfect opportunity for an update to something closer to the more accurate custom helmets.

when I ordered,it was more from want then need.
I also love this creature, and as someone mentioned earlier, the colour photo from the official star wars novel release was my first ever image of that scene.
My other thought was,I'm not paying aftermarket if it goes that way.
Another reason for me-if this sells well enough, hopefully HT sees that as a puch for the Tauntaun...

$1500 Bantha

Artisan Taun Taun haired would be... $1050

I'm going to gamble and hope they made too many Dewbacks. $700 plus tax plus shipping is just way too much.
I don't collect many items, these dewbacks are the first things I've ordered in years. I definitely would buy the bantha at a ridiculous price..lol

If you can use an existing/older sandie, it's only $460 or $490 for just the Dewback itself (though I think the pole only comes with the sandie fig) plus tax/shipping.
