Wrong, it was in a rural barn during a -40C Canadian winter.Sounds like an interesting day at work, and no threat of frostbite I trust? Lol.

I work in film & television (this latest career is relatively recent not counting my prior forays in independent film, but my background is mostly design) -- primary trade is Set Dec, but I do Props and Greens as well. Some days I iron drapes, others I create murder scenes ... and I move a lot of pianosWhat do you do for a living bro
They're usually referred to as flares. So what are those cartridges around his leg? Some kind of ammunition for his blaster?
Flare cartridges out of universe, and probably in-universe too.
Nice. This video is pretty awesome as well.
Decision madeCame out better than I pictured..however seems to be a true decision piece to collect IMO since there is a lack of the snowspeeder or x wing
Thats what I will be doing. I figure the eyes looking forward work better for the rotj version (I have the endor one) and the eyes looking to the side really work for the eerie dagobah look with the blaster on his right sideI'm wondering, is this headsculpt a tad more detailed than the ROTJ Luke sculpt?
I get that it's the same sculpt but it looks potentially crisper from that MrCollection review. I was thinking about maybe, if it's going to be covered by the Helmet anyway, using this figures sculpt for the ROTJ Luke to give it a slight upgrade.
That is, if it is improved and I'm not crazy.
Probably just a borrowed ROTJ sculpt for the display. Makes no sense with the helmet and visor imo.Thats interesting. When the figure was showed before the preorder it appears that it had the eyes looking to the side sculpt
Dilemma for sure, I'm thinking head cap holding the helmet, but might have to go full helmetlessNow to display with or without helmet on. Hmmmm.
I think I might be going for helmet under arm to have the best of sculpt as well as that great looking helmet.Dilemma for sure, I'm thinking head cap holding the helmet, but might have to go full helmetless
I have the SS X-wing pilot standing opposite a Tie Fighter pilot. Excellent figures both. You'd think Hot Toys would do an X-Wing pilot now they've done this guy. Another good one to go with an R2 as well.Would be curious to see if some of the early in hand folks can display him with no jacket on.
I'm trying to figure out how hard it'd be to convert to ANH/ROTJ pilot and if it'd be worth to get as a base for customs

Too true. Either way unless there was a nexus event and they did decide to do him, I'd need an amazing sculpt or something to replace the SS figure. He does the job pretty well.Never use the word “Think” in the same sentence as “Hot Toys” there are laws of physics that prove those 2 can never coexist lol
