These are looking great! Trying to decide which I want to go with. I like the smart rocket and jetpack with the deluxe, but I prefer the regular stand. And the 2-pack comes with the DLT-20A pulse cannon, which I'd also like to have. I'm glad I got extra rewards points that I can use.

Looks great...but sticking with my Sideshow Snowtrooper! I had to make some tough decisions with figures...and I'm not about to get a figure I pretty much already have.
Bring on that 1/4 Vader!!!

To me it looks like the figure is the same, just different accessories. I,kl probably go for the 2-pack.

You'll be able to get a regular stand for like $10 when it gets parted out at Toy Anxiety or Monkey Depot, so don't let that be too much of a deciding factor, I think.

I'll likely be going with the regular (unless the price is really close) and will probably wait a bit till I have a coupon to use, all the troopers seem to hang around quite a while. Really surprised they aren't doing a 2-pack with the commander, that's what I was hoping for :-(

Yeah I was thinking about that as well. I'll probably end up going with the Deluxe version in that case. I enjoy Battlefront so I'd display it with the jetpack sometimes.

I'm surprised the 2-pack wasn't with the Commander as well. I was expecting that, but I guess they're gonna do that one separately.

I'll get at least one of these because I'm basically collecting anything Original Trilogy that Hot Toys puts out. Might consider the two pack since I don't have any other Hoth characters at the moment and Troopers are better in pairs.

The battlefront guy comes with a regular jet pack as well, so all good on the 2 pack.

Not that I am getting one. But if the price is pretty close between the both versions, i'd go with the Battlefront version since it also came with the normal trooper backpack. Based on the pictures, I really couldn't tell the difference between ESB and Battlefront version...

Yeah, it has a kind of Hasbro 1990's "crowd control stormtrooper" vibe to me, but if you play the vidgame, you'd be into it.



All I can say is, thank goodness I only ever got one SSC snowie (for $140 too..) - can't wait to get the two pack of these guys. They look spectacular.

But ugh - another $400 out the door.

I'd say yes (weathering and all) but at least the vynil mask can fold differently between them.

Yeah, in looking at the parts closer in these great pics, it's interesting how - mostly besides the helmet - it does look very similar to the SSC figure, part by part. A couple of pieces I actually prefer on the SSC figure - the pouches and boots look a touch more accurate or realistic over the HT. Though you can see the underlying HT body is way better.

Everything else - most notably the chest armor, forearm armor and hands - is a small but noticeable improvement over the SSC. The oven mitts I've always hated on the SSC, great to see HT didn't make the same mistake with their hands.
