Mine is warped. Not going to bother. I think I would only notice on the top shelf, and with most people seemingly having the problem it really doesn't seem worth getting it replaced. Pretty sure the SS answer will be "they're all like that" pretty soon.

I fixed my base by loosening a pair of screws to lease some tension and bent the base slightly by hand....problem solved.

So, you're a Star Trek fan?

It's the top that's warping it. Unscrew a corner and it pops up, but the stand sits perfectly flat. They've got a warped mould in the mix and depending how many moulds they're using a good chunk will be like this.

Good to know. I checked mine this morning -- its very slightly wobbly. I think the figure's weight on it would balance it out. All the same, I'll loosen a screw and see if that fixes the issue. Not going to SS for a replacement -- this is not a real-world problem.

Not sure if it’s the same thing, but the stock of the rifle on mine seemed way mis-aligned with the tab that locks it in place. I had to gently twist the pieces into alignment to get them to snap in place.

Was anyone else’s blaster bent on the lower portion?
Mine was bent to the left slightly. There's a tiny peg on the lower portion that rests in a notch on the upper. That lines everything up.

Quick question - why didn't they make the hood a single piece instead of separate front and back pieces? Makes it a real pain to get it to look natural.

Just got an email letting me know that mine ships out this afternoon. I'll have it tomorrow. Photographing it in the evening. Maybe even a video.

Got a reply from SS and they are aware... Will be reaching out to fix the problem it looks like. While it is cool that some people have found some fixes, I am going to get a replacement. No reason to "settle" for damaged goods when paying money for things.

Went ahead and used the box code to order the single. These are too awesome to just have two! haha

These figures look better displayed in threes anyway. I have two Sideshow troops. Looking forward to seeing how well they pair with each other. Once the Snowtrooper Commander is released, that'll make for a cool shelf. If only I hadn't sold me e-web...

image.jpg Just opened up the box and I must say, WOW! These figures are so well done, that I must say they totally achieved my expectations! Easily one of the best made 1/6 trooper so far. But one thing I fear is that the cowl might be prone to breakage in the long run since the material used is so thin.

Yeah i believe multiple troops with a Commander will look sweet! Wished Hot Toys was still doing the Commander but maybe Sideshow will step their game up from the one they showed earlier this year.

Am I in invisible mode? Please, if anyone out there is getting this please let me know. For the last several weeks I've noticed no acknowledgment of any of my posts/questions. It seriously seems like nobody is able to read my posts or I don't exist - like that scene in the bar from season 3 of Fargo.

Main reason I stopped posting and just look at the pics.

I can account for a few figures having the wobbly base such as the ANH Han and Luke grate stands.

I know you guys are picky but just a little tiny turn from a phillips screwdriver can save you tons of headache waiting for a replacement. Your replacement stands will probably be the same way. sadly.

p.s. I would take my HT bases into the laundry room and set them on the washer- the flattest area in my house, then adjust with the screwdriver..lol worked every time.

The coil? Are you talking about the flexible pole on the flight stand? Because that material isn't thin. Unless coil is slang for facemask?🤔
