I called SSC just now

I was told they are all sold out

I asked if affiliate retailers like AE BBTS or TIMEWALKER are gonna get their stock as SSC is the distributor
Ii was told they have no idea as they don?t distribute to them and that?s out of their comtrol

Sometimes Sideshow customer service has helpful information and sometimes what they tell you is incorrect at best and borders on flat out lies...like their answers about shipping costs.

I have a hard time believing that all the others distributors are going to get stiffed...but we'll see. It sure is taking long enough.

I would think retailers like BBTS, Timewalker and AlterEgo would have been notified of incoming stock once Sideshow received their stock last week. If there's still no confirmation of this item this week, then will there be an unprecedented 4th batch in Nov/Dec?

If this doesn't get fulfilled everywhere will it be the third HT figure (in the last year and a half) to essentially get cancelled before all PO's are honored?

I thought only two batches so far? No matter the number of batches, it would be unprecedented for all the retailers you mentioned to get completely shafted.

Even in the case of Yondu only BBTS got stiffed and it was only part of their shipment. I got my Yondu from them, but some folks on the naughty list didn't. I did stop ordering HT from them, partly because Yondu, partly the long waits, and partly because they started charging sales tax earlier than necessary.

Mine's finally being shipped from HK. If the US sellers are getting their orders shipped from this batch, it might be another week or two?
