The headsculpt shouldn't be considered an extra - it should be included. He spent a very large part of the film without the dome.

This isn't an either/or, nor should people who don't care to have the JG head be bothered by them potentially including one, as they can chose not to use it. But the option not being there for those who want it, means they don't get that same choice.

I disagree as long as it makes my end price cheaper. But a bait and switch of "you have to buy the deluxe version that costs more to get the head and one effect part" would be disgusting. However if they wanted to sell a base version without the head for say 50 bucks less I'm game.

I saw a post on Instagram where someone asked at Secret Base why the post was deleted. There are licensing issues going on between Marvel and HT at the moment. Probably due to the Marvel Sony split as well. As soon as they are resolved the post will be back up.

Watch them repost the picture but say it is for a deluxe version with new mms number and be priced $50 higher than the current mysterio.

At least they would be giving the people who want the head sculpt the option to get it. Personally I would never take the fishbowl off so I would not the interested in buying any deluxe for more money if offered.

I was about to PO mysterio over the weekend at my local seller, and decided to wait since for some odd reasons FB deleted the post.
Not POing without the hs. I love mysterio in FFH cos of Jake Gyllenhaal's performance.

No the agreement between Sony and Disney was that Disney got all the merchandise income, and Sony got the movie income. That's why.

Probably, I don't know if sony still owns the merch rights or if the merch rights were part of the movie deal. But all FFH merch ought to be a part of it.

Disney owns all Spider-Man merch rights so it shouldn’t be an issue with that - it might be with Jake.

Just because something is deleted doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Just ask James Gunn...

I’m pretty sure they could be held to the head sculpt now or else have to offer free cancellations based on its removal.

Probably they haven't gotten the green-light from Marvel yet. They definitely jumped the gun on this. I can see them re-announcing this again maybe at a later date.

I got one of those $20 off coupons in the mail the other day. And figured this would be the perfect figure to use it on. It however told me I already used it. So then I called sideshow about it. I was told on the phone that this is a problem that they are working on getting fixed. That if you get more than one in a calendar year it won’t let you use it. He said that’s not supposed to be the case and they are working on it. The big thing though while I was on the phone I had some questions to ask him about other stuff. I was curious about the NRD and why that’s the case on all the far from home figures. He had told me that that was something that side she was been thinking about doing. However it comes down to the studios deciding if it’s OK. That’s why far from home doesn’t have them as Sony agreed to it. I’ve been wanted to get some clarification about what some of us have wondered about. Being if you cancel is there a charge. Some people think there is a charge. However I was assured on the phone by this guy if there is no NRD there is no charge if you cancel. Sideshow thinks that this is a way to help be competitive with other companies. It’s going to be a long wait for this figure.
