This just stinks of QVC selling tactics of trying to fabricate urgency to purchase something before time runs out!!!

I def ain't buying any HT products based on prototypes. It's final product images or bust. And I certainly am not preordering something to a movie I've yet to even see a glimpse of!

I think Spider-Man was done in error. There is no countdown clock on it currently. It also has no Flex Pay option (by request of Hot Toys) and no NRD.

we have seen a second of it in the trailer not much to determine what it's all about. If this is supposed to ship a month or two after the movie drops then Hot Toys is already making it and will not change anything on the figure.

Yeah, it's interesting that the HT prototype has red arms when in the trailer the suit is completely black...but then again Marvel has been known to CGI fake suits for their trailers as to not spoil certain things....although I can't see how his sleeve being red or black makes a difference.

Guess the preorder is free on Sideshow. Just put it mine in for this after seeing that trailer I'm going to deep dive into this line assuming we get Doc Ock and Goblin etc.

I don't get it, the artwork his arms are black and gold. That red arm is what holding me back from getting this HT's B&G Spidey.

I'd definitely consider this suit if it didn't have the red. That said, I will wait to see the movie first before I decide which suit I want to represent it.

Well, I went and done it. I preordered him through Sideshow (had $81 in credits to use), and well, I don’t mind the little bit of red. For me, it makes the suit more dynamic and interesting than just plain black and gold, but I completely understand if that’s what everyone wanted. I can certainly understand the disappointment.

I’m sort of “all-in” with the MCU spideys. I’ve got them all thus far. I’m super excited about the upcoming movie. Can’t wait. I haven’t even seen the trailer. I already know I want to see it so 99% of it will be a complete surprise other than little bits and pieces I’ve seen in a post or news photo or headline here and there. I’ve been trying to avoid everything.

Red arms are gone. Hot Toys posted an update. The blue Dr Strange effects have also been changed to a more orange/yellow color.
