Got my 2-Pack a couple weeks ago from a local retailer (Belgium). Unfortunately, had to report a couple paint issues. My retailer turned to Sideshow but they declined sending replacement parts. They offered either a full refund as long as i provided proof of destruction or a partial refund to make for those issues.
My retailer managed to find parts from another source but i'm most unimpressed by Sideshow on that matter. As official Hot Toys distributor for both US AND EU markets, they should have replacements part available especially since those stortroopers are still available on their site.
Yeah unfortunately Sideshow's customer service is nothing like it used to be. They don't seem to want to deal with replacement parts anymore and would rather "buy off" a dissatisfied customer with partial or full refunds than deal with replacements. One of the main reasons why I stopped buying from them directly among other reasons.
Also a guy I know who runs a collectibles shop tried to set up a business account with them at SDCC but their rep was too busy hitting on some chick so they lost a $50,000 business account from them. Their loss.
