Great photos paramore I just bought my third one of these guys, they are among the best of the best in 1/6 scale collectibles imo. They seem to be selling fast, I kinda have my doubts that they will be for sale too much longer.

I grabbed a 2 pack at SDCC. One vendor had about three 2 packs left and several singles and a couple of other vendors had some singles so there are a few out there left but they are going quick.

The re-release of the same Batman suit is probably a better comparison, as with IM, at the very least the paint scheme changes.

Do vendors sell them close to retail price there or mark them way up? The most recent one I ordered from sideshow is charging Wednesday so the wait isn't too bad. I was going to get five of them, but I'm getting a space trooper, at least one sand trooper, maybe Luke and eventually Han so I am sticking with three.

LOL. Well for the Iron man's I can understand. For stormtroopers the change are more subtle.

The easiest one to make would be ESB Stormtrooper, just small differences compared to ANH. ROTJ TK is entirely different from helmet to armor and blaster.

For sure. 2 new Sandtroopers, then the colored Stormtroopers (LOL), plus ESB and maybe ROTJ Stormtroopers.

After getting a "3-5 week delay" email in June, I got a "we're shipping your items soon" email yesterday. Looks like they have gotten the new batch of Stormtroopers in for those who have been waiting. Per the email, they should start shipping on July 15th. Great news! #firstpost

My Stormtrooper set arrived a little while ago.

They immediately looked great. But an inspection of the armour quickly showed up some irregularities.

The helmet on the short trooper has lumps on it:

Even the taller one has a couple of marks on the back of the helmet:

I've read about this, but was hoping I'd get away with it. Short one also has a paint lump at the base of his butt armour.


They also seem prone to getting black marks from the hands - the plastic was off one hand in the box and it left a mark on the leg.

Just noticed also that the band on the right knee of the tall one has unglued at one end.
