Hot Toys Star Wars Stormtrooper

I just bought this set from Pop Cultcha my total came out to $394.20 shipped to California. My first order from these guys so I'm very curious to see how it will turn out... Thanks MyeNShi for the heads up...

Anybody have any personal experiences from Pop Cultcha. I'm a little worried due to buying from an international store.

As much as I'd like to, that's just a little more than I can afford to spend on a gift for a friend.

How about the Stormtrooper Luke then? Just a bit more than the standard Stormie. Unless you need the gift right away.

I thought about that as well. But his favorite characters out of the entire franchise are the Stormtroopers oddly enough lol. I would feel like I'd have to buy a separate parted out Stormtrooper helmet to replace the Luke hs if I went that route though.

It comes with a Stormtrooper helmet you can put on the figure to just have a Stormtrooper.

Oh wow I had no idea. I assumed because of the detail on the inside of the helmet that it couldn't be mounted on to the neck.

Thanks for the replies guys. It's gonna come down to Stormtrooper Luke or the regular TFA Stormtrooper. Not really a fan of the shorter trooper though. The shortened midsection makes him look pudgy imo. TFA trooper looks amazing to me and would be cheaper as well, but technically isn't the trooper he grew up watching. Decisions decisions...

LOL that would be terrible. She couldn't care less about these things she's thinks I'm nuts. As soon as I told her the price of the Stormtrooper she hit me with the death stare but calmly accepted what I had done

Well guessing based on your signature, you may have a Mk46 in your future. A $200 Stormtrooper seems like a great way to break the ice before a $350 Iron Man

yeah man get those shoulder bells off and below the bridge straps between chest and back plate, they are riding up over it, the shoulder bells should be below the bridge straps and over the bicep armor, it looks like they are both shrugging. Which way did the rebels go? *SHRUG*

Question: do you guys think they will re release? or do another shadow trooper? no history with hot toys exclusives. I just thought of it because rogue one is rumored to have them. I guess they may if its a different variant.

It's possible but I think HT is much too busy cranking out 35 FO Stormie variants.

If ShadowTroopers were to appear in Rogue One, I'd bet HT would put him out again for sure.
