This was the face that launch Hot Toys to me. Eight HT figures later, it still is a favorite piece for me.

I would love to see one of the talents around here have a go at sculpting a screaming version of Two-Face. I love this one but it is so devoid of emotion I find it hard to get interesting poses out of him.

I agree, but man, he gets a scarier when he's screaming...:eek :lol

I thought that was photoshopped for a second!

....his mouth is like those honeycomb commercials....

I would have preferred that as an alternative head instead of the Dent one. A screaming version like that would look incredible. Come on guys, someone step up to the plate!

absolutely correct. I think collectors find the lack of acessories a turn off. but I enjoy the character.

I'd wager the inaccurracy of the figure hurts it more than the accessories. If the burn side were done to match the final movie render and not more like one of the test designs, plus the burns on the coat being more accurrate, people might have been more into this figure. The TDK line's collector base seems very slave to film accurracy and after the DX Joker and Batman, Two-Face just doens't hold up. He's like the v1 TDK Batman and Joker, he could use a DX treatment too but not much room to do that and this figure did too poorly to warrant another release.

alittle late to the game but heres a WIP.. wonerful figure.. but the knee joint broke two seconds after I took it out of the box... i fixed it and then another part of the knee broke.. fixed it again.. hopefully the super glue holds up. did anybody else experince this problem?

Wow Skywalker thats really freaking good! And dont worry I'm late to the game like you by just getting this figure yesterday! :slap I was suprised how well he turned out after getting him. Glad I held out on getting him for so long because I got him for an excellent price.

thanks guys. it means alot. ed do you have this figure too?

if you guys are wondering I did resculpt alittle bit.. barely anything though. just added alittle to the eye socket and brow.

Yeah I have it. I have maybe 1 or 2 pics buried in here. But I'm photographing and posing all my figures, so I should have some nice pics up tomorrow or so.

Nice job Venn - your skills are really improving! I would highly recommend moving the figure to a narrow shoulder TT body and making a custom burnt jacket for him (using the regular non-burnt harvey dent jacket). Adds a LOT to the figure since the regular body and jacket combo make him look a bit pin-heady

yeah I noticed that, not to mention I hate the articulation.. its terrible on the left side.. when I try to raise his left arm up his collar follows.. ugh.

My plan is to use the unburnt jacket to customize my own, I wanna see if I can make it an accurate 3 button suit instead of two.. and I plan to shave down the shoulders like i've done with my other regular TTs... too poor. broke college kids have a budget. haha

The knee joint on mine broke a few months after I got him. As you, I repaired with super glue.
