hey sean you have all the seasons on dvd of the animated series?

Not yet, they all were out by the time I even knew it, and I just haven't expensed it just yet. I downloaded the 2 parter where Two-Face is born off iTunes as well as the one where Catwoman was turned into an actual cat. I think I will get it though, it was a really cool show, I loved it growing up.

I hope Toys2 ships Two-Face this week, getting so antsy

I think there's a new collecters box set out, with all 4 seasons, might be cheaper to get them on there own though lol
I have 1+2 and watched most of 3 online.

Me personally, the latter. I always liked that show, but imo the animation and art design went off the scale when they redid all the designs and what not. To me, that's still my favorite interpretation of Batman. The episode where Scarecrow gasses Bat Girl and she hallucinates that her dad releases and sends Bane to kill Batman is one of my favorites of the redesigned episodes.

Does the big ugly seam in the thumb magically disappear in-hand? Does the little nickel Two-Face is holding miraculously get bigger in-hand? Does the gun look less cheap in-hand? Do they[ hands look less ugly and HUGE in-hand? Does the tie look any less cheap in-hand? Does the burned side of the face magically shrink so it's not the exact same size as the normal side in-hand? Etc. Etc. It's not pics, at least not for me. That makes no sense. There's been numerous pics of this figure on this board and others, all of varying quality and nothing changes. It IS possible to just not like something. You don't have to convince people that "in-hand it'll be better". It won't be. It'll be exactly what you see in pics. If people are happy with it, cool. Congrats on the addition to your collection. There's legitimate issues with the final version. Some can look past those issues, which is cool. But that doesn't magically make those issues disappear. It just means YOU can overlook them. So please don't pretend something is wrong with the people who DON'T like it. It's not the pics.. it's the figure.

I think it would go for blue and grey, only because thats when the best animated stuff happened. Yeh the animation went down abit(due to smalelr budget) but still there alot of original B:TAS ep's that are pretty bad animation, the new adventures just had better consistency

So please don't pretend something is wrong with the people who DON'T like it. It's not the pics.. it's the figure.

NO....

I just think when someone sees a flashy pic making this figure look alot worse than it is it can give off a bad impression and put everyone down.
Photos quality can make a big difference imo.

There was a vibe when first in hand images came in like a lot of folks cancelled based on the overall seeming not even up to Hot Toys par and the piece looking Toys 'R Us quality.

Seamlines and other flaws aside, there's ways for photos to not accurrately represent the quality of pieces and it's a challenge as a photographer to make your images represent the item at its best.

ok ... what I meant by al this was basically , everyone got really hyped up because hot toys released quality photos. Then when some in hand photos started showing up a few people myself included thought it looked crappy but when I go back and see the hot toys photos I like it again. I do think things like this need to be seen either with awesome photos or in hand. The paint work on the face being the major thing imo , both sides.
In some photos it looks llike an action man and I'm 99.9 % sure it doesn't look like thaat in hand.
No , things don't change from photos , but when figures are seen in person , posed correctly and to your liking , they can look one hell of alot better.

Thats all I'm saying.
It's my opinion. I'm not aiming it at anyone.
If you have canceled , thats your choice . I'm just saying what I think .

I agree. But when there's numerous pics out there (some with crystal clear quality) you can't say ALL the pics are putting this figure in a bad light. Everyone has taken a bad photo here and there. Ok. But if every photo you take is bad, it's not the camera. That just means you're ugly. lol. You know?

Again, this is all meaningless because if you like it, it doesn't matter. And vice versa.

I'm really looking forward to pics taken by agen for this particular figure. Don't get me wrong, I like those taken by other members here, but somehow agen's pic have that cinematic feel to it IMO. Please take more pics of 2 Face if u can, Agen!

Btw, anyone in the asian region could help me purchase 2 face and batpod? I really need these and there's none in Jakarta yet. Please PM if you can help out, I wouldn't mind paying a fee for your troubles as long as its reasonable. I might even get Ironman too

Looks like HT actually reduced the size of the burnt side from proto to product.

I was actually thinking about the cartoon and Nolan's Batman this morning, and one thing I love about both, even though Batman has vehicles for certain necessities, in the show and Nolan's world, Batman does a lot by himself, just a guy flying around and kicking ass. Burton's Batman relied too much on vehicles and technology.

Just got the quantum view from Toys2 today. Nothing from T2 yet, but the only other thing I have on order from them is the Dutch and Predator figures and they aren't out yet. Can't wait, then my TDK figure set is complete.
