Yeah, width more than hight. He looks like a cone head to me. Especially from an angle.

huh Its actually unusual to me, 9/10 when I've had stuff from HK it gets to the awaiting customs clearance then moves to processed to go to the national hub. If it seems normal then happy days just wish they would stop sitting on it already, I've never refreshed a page so much.

I know that feeling! :lol

In their latest newsletter, SSC said they are now shipping this 1/4 scale so hopefully that's what they're are doing. Meanwhile, still waiting on EX waitlist... anyone who got on in July get their notice yet?

They are shipping EX only now to my knowledge...but who can say...someone said earlier regulars late October???
That wait will be awful(my second one is regular through BBTS)

If that's true then I'm very tempted to get one from HK and cancel one of the others I have on PO, just can't wait that long! :gah:

**** it. If my waitlist doesn't convert in 30 days, I'm going the eBay route. I look at it this way: is that a little more expensive? Perhaps, but, to be honest, it's actually cheaper than the alternative; I see this figure as a centerpiece, sort of. It's so definitive that it could pretty much be my sole representation of Nolan Batman in my collection, which, even if it were $600-700, would still be cheaper than a collection of Nolan Batman figs in 1/6th. Plus, c'mon; look at that thing. I don't say it often, but, Hot Toys, you've nailed it.

Oh my f-in god. This looks so much better in hand than in any photo I've seen. The Bruce headsculpt is spot on Bale! :thud: Pictures coming later!

I think with shipping it's more like $700-1000 USD for the EX, unless you want to bid. :thud:

Currently, perhaps, but give it time; once those SSC orders have all been fulfilled in a month or so, we'll see quite a few collectors dropping these guys like flies on eBay, in the hopes of getting a little extra scratch for the next big thing. As more and more start popping up, prices will get lower and lower as people want their's to stand out from the pack.

Cape and stand is useless. Gonna have to buy a custom cape from Lance and see about a flat display base for Batman. Having his leg bent like it is will ruin the rubber on the legs.

If you watch the Evilbay closely, you will see that most of these figures are still for sale at the high price, which means that they are not selling at this high price point. I predict in two weeks they will drop to the $550-$625 range for the EX.

Only positive I see getting this from BBTS, by the time this arrives I will have a ton of awesome poses I can steal from you guys haha
