Thanks guys but I just cut the damn thing off and tucked the cape into the holes instead, looks way better this way. Gonna snap some pictures and post soon!

Shame, cos when installed correctly they hold the cape really well, and flush to the body. Now you will be forced to depend on friction to keep it in there.

The Hot Toys capes aren't great, but the clips aren't the problem.

It's really no different than the custom capes for the DX12 (I own two, rayon and velvet, never touched the stock cape) and the one for the QS001. Friction will hold it.

True, but the clips are the one thing I like more about the stock capes. I have had the custom capes slip out on me many times.

Good figure but the fact that they screwing scale on purpose is too sad.
Wouldn't be able to buy any 1/4,5th figures pretending those are actually quarterscaled.

Tony meis has a little feature on his that stop it from falling out. The battle cape he did for the DX12 is amazing. Im going to keep my options open and see what he makes for this, but the velvet lance is using for this looks perfect.

Well, I have the regular on pre-order from Mother's Basement so then I'll have an extra stock cape if I ever need one. I don't intend to display both with the capes. I'm going for a masked Batman pose with the cape on and another one unmasked without the cape. Most likely the Hong Kong rooftop scene.

Hopefully someone makes an accurate and easy to attach cape with clips for the QS001. I'm holding off with the velvet cape from Lance to see what Tony's got in store.

That will look wicked when all the building lights are on. Bokeh heaven accompanied by a blue lamp.

I don't "need" any figure. But who's to say its not really 1/4 scale? Enterbay? Maybe they are just a little over sized . :huh

Don’t even respond to him, if you look at every post Riddick made, its nothing but negativity. And I’m not even talking about this thread, every thread the guy is complaining about something.
