I would be surprised, Hot Toys sent out a newsletter with information about Iron Man, I would have thought Sarah would have been mentioned in there.

Sideshow may have arranged to have first shot at unveiling her for their Toy Fair coverage.

I'm afraid I don't see a perfect Linda Hamilton here. I mean it's ok... but it's not great. And on the close up of the eyes, they look too close together or something... not sure what. but they look a bit weird.

Took out the SS Sarah connor today. I'm not sure how accurate it is because to be honest I've never paid much attention to Sarahs costumes in T2 but its not that bad a figure, the base body is the main problem with its doll arms and generic stick neck that worsens the bobble-head appearance. And the boots have no weathering whatsoever, ***** and spam. The headsculpt is decent and for me its main problem is the paintjob. She looks like shes got pinkeye! The eyebrows and eyelids are wierdly shiny and overall skintone differs from that of the body. I think its a better figure than the SS T-800. Overall its just a lower standard than todays HT - to be expected but I look forward to being able to replace her.

The biggest faults I find with Sideshow's Sarah are the paint, mainly the fact that the body, hands and head are 3 different tones which is a common problem on Sideshow figures with exposed bodies, the boots are shiny all over, even the laces, so it hurst the realism, and I just can't stand the female Buck. I'll be keeping it to go with my Sideshow collection, as I really like T2 and I spent the money on those figures, no harm keeping them, but she won't blend with the Hot Toys figures so I'm pretty sold on getting this Sarah just off the photos we've seen now, a hair down sculpt would wipe away any question of getting this. It's more a question of where I get it right now, if there's an Ex., I'll go Sideshow, if there isn't, I'll probably go Toys2 again.

I think I may just get the one Sarah Connor. I'm double dipping on the T-800 but I just know that if Sarah is released as is, with no alternate headsculpt, I definitely won't need 2. If she does come with a hair-down head then that is the look I will display for sure and I won't really feel pushed to have a second figure displaying the head we are seeing at the moment.

Besides in a scenario of one figure with 2 supplied headsculpts I'd end up with leftoever heads if I bought a second figure.

Same here, I only feel the need to have one representation of Sarah, whatever this figure allows me to do, that's what I'll have.

Although I would buy a Pescadero version with that denim jacket if they made it. I just assume thats very unlikely.
